Ignite Plumbing Services (Scotland) Ltd Anmeldelser

Called out because spa bath had stopped working - we thought that either pump or switch had failed. Ian investigated and discovered that it was a power problem due to a switch on the main power board either being accidentally turned off or tripping out. Problem was fixed and bath working again. Thanks Ian and also for your arrival update which is a great idea.

Alan provided a very friendly and efficient service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ignite Plumbing, and look forward to Alan carrying out an annual boiler service.

Speedy response from this firm to a water leak problem with my elderly mother's house. Came out same day, great communications re time of visit. Ian and team arrived when stated, fixed problem and cleaned up before leaving. Cannot recommend more highly.

Ignite provided an excellent service. Their engineer, Ian, did a heating system power flush with no fuss, no mess and very quickly. Ignite solved a major problem after I had been let down by a big well known firm, leaving me with no heating. It was all done in one day and at a much better price

Excellent service came when they said after being let down with other companies would use them again

On time good job very happy

Excellent service to replace kitchen tap.
Good communication via email and text.
Prompt, tidy, polite.
No complaints.

Really good service. Two friendly guys, minimum of fuss. Did the job quickly and efficiently and were careful to do what needed to be done (no additional extras). Would use them again

Excellent service at short notice. Work carried out to a high standard.

Arrived on time and completed the work quickly and without leaving any mess. Always pleasant and reliable

Professional and prompt service. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them.

Very good plumbing visit with a number of items very professionally attended to and everything is working well.

Excellent service, the guys were on time, friendly and got the job done quickly, would definitely go to them again.

The plumbers arrived on the date we agreed and on time.
They worked steadily and had our 3 new radiators installed in a few hours. They spent at least an hour checking that the central heating was working and that all the radiators in the house were fully functioning.
Finally they vacuumed the areas they were working in and took away all their rubbish

Ignite were very professional and responded very quickly to my problems. Explained the issue when out and were very friendly.

We had contacted a couple of plumbers before ignite and no one got back to us. Ignite got back to us very quickly with a price and explained the process which was going to be carried out. Also, the communication from receiving the quote to completion was excellent, updates through text and email which were helpful. Also, Alan was also very pleasant and friendly. Also explained everything he was doing and done it in a timely manner. I will definitely be using ignite again.

Came at the appointed hour having previously reminded us to switch the boiler off. Did services efficiently and I would recommend him to others

The reason I have only awarded four stars is that it was a long time from requesting a service and being notified of a date. So long that I was uncertain whether or not they would make an appointment that I had explored other options and would have engaged one but didn't due to my own laziness

In the end I was pleased I was lax

The online quotation process was simple and painless . Accurate prices and initiation of installation process required one single email. Alan arrived at the time he had designated and carried the work out with care and precision leaving the work areas as he found them . The online payment took all of one minute and the old radiators were picked up early next morning. Would not hesitate to use Ignite Plumbing Services again as the whole process from quotation to completion was completely stress free using high quality products and an excellent level of workmanship.

I would recommend ignite to anyone, this is the second time I have used ignite and as before service excellent, prompt and very tydy this is a company i will always provide be happy to use

I've been using this company for a couple of years now and the service is always excellent: friendly, reliable, efficient, SMS text alerts to notify regarding arrival, and the work is always completed to a high standard. I'm a very happy customer.
