I spend $229 for fruit basket and fresh flower with vase but received not even $10 worth of basket of fruit with banana and received small orchid. . so embarrassed that i send this to my kids educators . so so disappointed for $ 229 waste but also make me to feel embarrassed among educators.

@igiftHAMPERS l won’t ever be buying from your business again. Using Auspost for a perishable hamper and not taking responsibility for ensuring the recipient gets it on time or at all in this case is poor business. Hamper returned to you and no refund to customer! And before you say that the address was wrong it was the correct building number but instead of putting unit1 it had penthouse. Only 3 apartments with names at door so address was correct. You should’ve ensured Auspost delivered it and not me with phone calls &emails #badservice

I ordered a gift for my nephew in 2018, which at the time was delivered to the wrong address and the iGift Hampers couldn't tell me where it was, nor did they attempt to replace the gift or try in any way to solve the problem. They happily took my money though. Eventually we tracked it down through the courier company ourselves and the the fruit had gone rotten due to the delay. Now, 7 years later, I received an email saying my order was on the way. I replied and was told it was an issue with their system, so I asked for them to remove my account and contact details from their database. They are not doing this, and refusing to acknowledge my request, still sending me details about my old order and offering to help. Do not trust this company with your personal details. Luckily the credit card I used with the original order in 2018 has expired so they can't take any more money from me. This company cannot be trusted to provide the goods ordered and paid for, neither will they attempt to solve any problems with delivery. They clearly will not listen to their customers and won't acknowledge a request to remove personal details from their system.

I got an email a week after the delivery was meant to happen that I should pick up the fruit box from the recipients local PO, luckily it's 20mins away so doable, although the reason I ordered a delivery was as I didn't have time to do it myself. The fruit had been sitting in the PO for a week so was going bad and also had 2 bugs in it and the box was all soggy. The deliverer never left a card for my friend so she had no idea, I'm pretty sure they never even tried to deliver as she was home and too sick to go out so would've definitely received it. iGift have not responded to any of my emails or attempts to contact them. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

After I paid sometime later i recieved a text to say they were out of stock
They made a decision without involving me ? To swap it for a tiny awful orchid
It was not suitable for a sympathy choice

This was an order I made after some thought in response to a very sad and delicate situation. Maria took the time to recommend a particular package which she then tailored to my needs. She sent me a photo of the item before shipping to check that the tone was right. It was shipped promptly, arrived on time and the recipient was very touched. My experience could not have been better. Recommend without question

Bought a housewarming hamper for our friends who just moved into their new place in Sydney. The basket looked even better than the photos and came with a mix of fresh fruits, nuts, and gourmet treats. Our friends were absolutely delighted. This was such a wholesome and classy gift option compared to the usual wine and cheese sets.

We were looking for something professional yet thoughtful to send to a client in Brisbane as a thank-you, and iGiftHampers nailed it. The presentation was stunning, and the client sent us a personal message to say how impressed they were with the quality. We’ve added iGiftHampers to our go-to vendor list for all corporate gifting going forward.

I would give them a negative if I could!! Ordered two very expensive gifts ((with perishables) for Christmas for clients. Was very express that needed to be delivered before office closed and by 16th. This was confirmed. Delivery was only attempted on around 19th Dec. No one was informed of non-delivery (neither myself as sender nor recipients). Late Jan received notification to collect from AusPost (yep they use AusPost to deliver perishable gifts instead of courriers.). By time gifts were collected they were completely rotten (fruit etc) and several hundred $$ had to be thrown out. Client's of course didn't receive anything.
I reachedo ut to them many times and only received system generated its not our problem emails and responses. We are still considering legal action out of principle.

My partner placed an order to get me same day delivery hamper for a box of chocolates and a plant but it arrived 5 days late even with express post. The plant was a cheaper plant and not the one she ordered andalong with an 8-pack of ferrero chocolates instead of 15. So far we have not been able to contact them and their 1300 number is not a viable point of contact because no one answers it.

From the reviews I'm reading, I am lucky I did receive something from them but it's completely overpriced and not even what partner ordered.

Go somewhere else, do not order from them!

Avoid using this company. Terrible service. Ordered a fruit basked for someone who was recovering from a hospital stay and they did not deliver on the day requested (why do they even put a delivery date as an option when you place order?) and then delivered to a Post Office. I asked for a refund and they refused. Said it was in the Ts C's but it was not apparent at all when ordering.. Awful customer service.

Avoid at all costs! Ordered a sympathy hamper and paid express to ensure it was delivered the following day (which I had stated).

Had to chase up the recipient, 5 days later still not delivered. After chasing the company was told they had none of the flowers stated. Lied about sending me an email (which wasn’t in inbox or junk and refused forward on this so called email). No one bothered contacting me.
Completely embarrassing and atrocious service. If you can’t supply what is ordered, refund the order so customers can go elsewhere to a company who is reputable and can provide what is paid for!

I am a return customer. I chose a fruit hamper for a very close and dear friend and her family. I was very happy with the selection and quality of the fruit which arrived on time and in great condition to her non-metro home. My friend was very pleased and subsequently told me the taste of each piece of fruit was wonderful. I will continue to use iGift Hampers.
