I'm so disappointed

I'm so disappointed! I've loved Iggy Box for almost 2 years and they've been great. My April candle was broken and Katie responded right away and sent a new one. I even ordered something extra and got it just fine. But May never arrived and no one is responding to emails, Instagram messages, or the customer service form on the website. And June was charged already too. I'm fine if there's a problem, but COMMUNICATE!!

6/26 update - June's payment was refunded but still no response to inquiries regarding May or the future.

Just adding my frustrations to everyone…

Just adding my frustrations to everyone else's. No reply to emails etc and payment taken again for June. Went to site and can only submit a request to cancel subscription!!!! Thanks to another reviewer for pointing out you can suspend subscription. Going to check if my bank can do anything

They stole May's money they've just stole June's money and it's not stopping
It used to be a very good service and then the delivery time took longer and longer. They blamed it on the delivery team but I fear there's been internal fighting going on. This is bad!

No May Box

I have had the same problem no May candle payment taken no response from emails cancellation for June ignored and now they have taken payment for June box can not cancel payment on website. I think they have gone out of business unfair to not let its customers know and still be taking payments

Do not waste your money

I've been a subscriber for 4 years now and previously had a good experience with Iggy Box however for the last 2 months I've been charged but like so many others have not received my candles nor have I received any response to my multiple requests to cancel, to refund or to get any kind of update as to what's going on. As many have said it's not possible to cancel on the website, what I would recommend however is that there is the option to suspend your sub so you should at least be able to suspend any further payments for the time being. What I find particularly disgusting is that I noticed around the middle of last month they disabled the ability to subscribe or purchase any previous candles so clearly they had gone into some kind of administration however it seems that the option to purchase/subscribe has since been reactivated despite the fact that they clearly still have no intention of dealing with their customers or supplying their orders.

Gone MIA

Like others, I paid for but didn't get a May box, and the company has been ignoring my emails. The website is still up and seems to be taking orders, which is especially troubling, considering they seem to not be delivering anything.

Absolutely shocking service money was…

Absolutely shocking service money was taken from my bank beginning of May still not received my candle. Tried contacting them via email and social media no response. Now having to put a dispute in with the bank to try get my money back! Can’t cancel my subscription on line either. Such a shame as up until a couple of months ago I’d had a subscription for 2 years without any issues. Obviously something is happening with the company disgusting that they are still taking money from people with providing the goods.

Terrible

As per other recent reviews - ignoring all contact. Taken money and did not receive goods. Had similar problems 2 months ago. Patience has worn thin. Used to be good, now not.

Went downhill fast

Something's obviously gone a miss which is very unfortunate _ after a stellar few years with zero issues my wife literally just STOPPED recieving the candles I paid a monthly subscription for. At first I suspected an admin error then thought the delivery driver was stealing them but after trying to contact the company with zero correspondence I suspected something had gone wrong and cancelled my subscription. I'll start to buy my wife's candles direct from a shop again _i was really disappointed that they never replied to any of my emails _ a little indication that although convenient the online shopping experience isn't as trustworthy as going into a shop and dealing with a seller face to face.

Really disappointed.

I'm having the same experience as others ... money was taken on 7th May, it's now June and I still haven't received my candle. I've contacted them and they haven't replied. I've noticed recently that they haven't dispatched the candles on time and my last candle didn't have a card inside the box giving the details of the candle maker. The free gift was 10 bags of decaf Yorkshire Tea, which had 'free' written on the box ... it wasn't a thoughtful addition to the box, it felt like something you'd get free at a budget hotel. Really disappointed. If the company has gone into administration, they should tell us - not take our money and not deliver the goods. I will be getting the money back from my bank as soon as the required time has passed. A real shame that it has happened this way.

Absolutely atrocious company - thieves!

Absolutely atrocious company - which is such a shame as I've been a subscriber with them for years. They've obviously gone bust / into liquidation and yet they've taken our money and not sent out the goods! I know I'm not alone - and despite contacting them on email and social media their radio silence is deafening. Unbelievable.

Disappointed

I am shocked and disappointed and expected better from this company, who have, until now always offered good products and service. Put a notice out or something, don't continue to take people's money.

No box from April and they are ignoring my emails and social media messages . Tried to cancel my subscription but it wont let me , their socials have not been updated since March . Somethings going on ! At least they could inform us . Contacted my bank to ensure they don’t steal anymore money from .

Taken payment but not sent goods.

Been trying to contact them for a couple of weeks via website link, email, FB Messenger etc to find out why they've helped themselves to payment but not sent my order. After sending several messages over the last couple of weeks, I've still had no reply. The last time I had to contact them was last year over them taking my payment TWICE but at least they replied to me then. Whatever is going on, the least they could do is email their members and keep us informed so we're not wasting our time trying to recoup what we're owed. Very unprofessional.

Have they been blown out?

I purchased a 6 month subscription back in March. The payment to start the subscription was taken. Here we are nearly 3 months later and I have received 0 candles!
I have tried to make contact with the company via the email address I received initial correspondents from, and via Instagram DM, because there is no contact information at all available on their website. Sadly I have had no response at all.
I’d love to try and get my money back, or even get my candles, but I fear I’ll never see either.

I have been receiving the Little Box…

I have been receiving the Little Box for some time now and I liked their candles. However, I did not receive my April 2024 candle and the company are not responding to my emails. I assume I won't get my May one either so will have to cancel the subscription and make a claim to my bank.

5 Star Customer Service

I’ve been subscribed to Iggy box for about a year and a half now and every month the candles and extra gifts have been amazing. This month for the first time ever my candle arrived slightly damaged (probably not anybody’s fault) and usually I don’t like to complain and was a little reluctant to message but within 5 minutes Kate at iggy box promised a replacement to be sent out the same week and was super friendly. I tell everybody about this subscription and would highly recommend to anybody thinking about subscribing.

I’ve had a subscription for a little…

I’ve had a subscription for a little over a year now, and have been happy every month with the contents of my subscription box. The candle each month has been great quality, and always smells divine. I also love the little extra treat each month, especially when it’s chocolate! Another aspect I’ve loved is receiving scents I wouldn’t usually buy, in fact my favourite scent so far was something I would have never picked up in a store!

Amazing!!

I’ve been subscribed to the iggy candle box company now for well over a year now and I absolutely love it. The ethos around each box is brilliant is so nice to support smaller companies and get the opportunity to have different candles from around the uk. The scents are amazing!
