Fast and easy. My mother in law broke her phone and reached out to us via email so we sent a repair directly to her house and saved her an errand. The repair tech had great communication with us and she was happy with the service.

Wonderful! I've never used anything like this before. I asked them to go to my elderly mother's home to fix her iphone, and they did a WONDERFUL job. The person took the time to explain to her what to do and how to do it, after having fixed her phone.

Highly recommend them!

Quick service. My iPad was fixed right out in front of my house in under a half hour, and within one business day. Saved me some money since I didn’t have to go and buy a new one. Definitely recommend!

The technician was friendly and professional. He was masked and maintained social distance while we talked, took my tablet to his van and completed the screen replacement in about 30 minutes. Excellent service!

I think my real rating would be 3.5 stars. I ordered a back glass replacement for my phone and a screen and back glass replacement for my husband’s phone. The total was $350 for all. We ordered the service that comes to our location. The technician was nice but he took over 4 hours to complete. When I got my phone back the back glass was great but the screen no longer worked. I contacted them via Yelp. They were quick to send him back. He came back and told me that my screen was broken and that it was a coincidence with it being fixed. He said he would have to charge me for a screen replacement.

I was upset because the screen had worked fine for 2 years until he touched it. So I argued and he did replace the screen for free. But after he left I realized that the screen was very very poor quality. The colors were greenish and dark and the resolution was low. Then it started freaking out every tine I touched it. I contacted them via Yelp and they were quick to respond. I explained the situation and they said I could come by the store to have it replaced again or they would send someone out. I didn’t want to risk getting the same guy again so we went to the store the next day. The screen was replaced and much better but don’t expect Apple quality. The colors are still slightly off and it’s not the same quality as the Apple store. I’m just happy it is working again.

So my thoughts—PROS: service is very quick to respond. We ordered service same day. For problems—you may have to argue your case but in the end they are understanding. CONS: service is variable from technicians—and screen quality is not the same as new. I’m not sure if I’d use them again—if so I’d only use them for back glass or battery, not the screen. And I’d go to their store rather than ordering service to my home. I’m thinking part of the issue is that their technician was scrunched up in a tiny car trying to do our phones, with very little light. I gave him some snacks and offered drinks bc I felt bad he was working on it for so long!

Superior service. I had my badly cracked iPhone screen repaired for close to half what I was quoted at the Apple store. Moreover, they came to me day I called. A pleasant and professional young man did the work in his car, parked in my driveway, in less than half an hour, always cognizant of Covid protocols. The result is perfect! Highly recommended.

Have used services twice. Both iPads repaired in a timely manner at a decent price. Very convenient rather than having to drive somewhere for a repair. I would recommend to anyone needing repair work on iPhone or iPad!

When they arrived at my house they had to take my iPad back to the shop because they didn’t have the part that they needed. Got the part, fixed my iPad & brought the iPad back to my house in a few days time. Very very happy with them. I would use them again & highly recommend ifixonwheelz.

Fixed my cracked screen well. They accidentally damaged the back glass when they were fixing it but they eventually got a few replacement for that ttoo
