This support issue was about how to successfully withdraw (partial) Funds from my IFC accounts. Oliver - my support Rep. on WhatsApp support was GREAT. Oliver was patient. His replies were clear, and they assisted with me using Oliver's well defined language and specifics - to answer my questions. Your 7% and stringent Withdrawal process is another matter completely. Very Very difficult and restrictive. Not happy with your withdrawal process - very happy with your excellent staff member Oliver.

Please note that if a withdrawal is requested without any trading activity, we are required to withhold the payment provider’s commission for the deposit operation. In addition, your initial withdrawal attempt was made using the incorrect payment method (Interac e-Transfer), while it should have been submitted to your card. This is why the withdrawal process took longer than usual (approximately several hours).

"In case of the absence of trading activity or detection of any abuse of the payment system commissions reimbursement policy for replenishing the trading account, IFC Markets reserves the right to debit commissions of payment systems from the client’s balance fully."
These commissions are charged by payment system providers, not by IFC Markets.
When a client deposits funds and trades normally, IFC Markets covers deposit commissions. However, if a client deposits funds and withdraws them without trading activity, IFC Markets will charge the corresponding payment system commissions for both the deposit and the withdrawal.
