Initial phone call from Kye friendly but 4 days later no further contact from anyone
Following on from this review. I am happy to say that Kya put me in touch with David telephoned me and arranged to vist me the following day. David was friendly, and helpful. He came to see me and put me at ease. He has since kept me informed about how things are progressing. Now awaiting further information.

Kya was very friendly and helpful. He listened carefully as I explained my situation and went above and beyond to connect me to an appropriate financial advisor. Follow- up was diligent and professional too. I would definitely recommend IFA if you’re trying to find an independent financial advisor, particularly if you’ve not done so before. Efficient service
I was contacted within an hour or so and the following day, after a discussion with Luke to explain what I needed, I was quickly put in touch the same day with a financial advisor. Unfortunately that coincided with some life stuff and I've had to put things on hold for now. Certainly no complaints about the speed and the pleasant chat with Luke and the financial advisor.
