Ideal window systems ltd Anmeldelser

Ideal Windows based in Sale offer a terrific service. I am a local resident and was delighted with the composite door and French windows they fitted recently. The staff are friendly and efficient and I would highly recommend them.

I used Ideal Window Systems to replace some rotten upstairs windows ten years ago and was impressed with their work so when my conservatory roof also needed replacing I called on them. From the first inspection visit to the installation 5 weeks later, the whole procedure was excellent. I am delighted with the roof; the workmen were impressive. Very efficient, professional, pleasant and tidy. Couldn't recommend them and the company enough. My conservatory has a completely new lease on life and the whole experience was stressless.

Excellent workmanship, thank you. Have used Ideal Windows on several occasions and always been thoroughly happy. I would definitely recommend them.

Recently replaced 3 DG units for us and, as usual, provided excellent service.
We have used this company several times over the years and always find them responsive, friendly and professional.
We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring glazing, window and external door replacement services

Two brilliant guys, Lewis and Callum, were on time and fitted my new uPVC porch. Slight problem with the house number on the top glass panel but sorted within the week. Very happy and would recommend. Have had Ideal in the past for patio doors and some of my friends and neighbours always use and recommend them.

Superb after sales support. New doors and windows fitted 3 years ago. Problem with one door reported at 4pm Wed. Fixed by 1pm Thurs.

Ideal windows were recommended by a friend and we were very happy with the quote. The new window was fitted quickly and we are very pleased with the end result. The 2 fitters were professional and the window itself was fitted within 2 hours. Would recommend Ideal windows

Strongly recommended.

Ideal removed my dining room window and brickwork and installed bi-fold doors and also replaced my bedroom window. They did a really good job. I’m very happy with their work.

Customer Service is excellent. I had my windows installed several years ago and found one of the handles broke. David came out, sorted that out but at the same time looked at all the other windows and adjusted them slightly. Such a small thing made such a huge difference. On top of which he cleaned the windows! He told me what to use to clean the windows and the stuff is miraculous. One light spray and a quick buff and no smears. Brilliant service and a really nice guy too.

We had Ideal fit a biFold door. Although we were first fitted with the wrong frame Ideal took full responsibility with no issues and although inconvenient their handling of it took away the stress, the correct door was ordered and refitted. The fitters were excellent, there were no delays to delivery. Would work with them again.

We had Ideal window systems to replace our front windows last week. We had no hesitation in asking them to do the job as they had fitted a new rear composite door last year. We are so pleased with them and the whole experience from start to finish. Garry did the first visit and was excellent and so professional as were the fitters Lewis and Stephen who did a fantastic job. Charlotte in the office if also always a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I've had Ideal in to fit a composite door and side frame. Really easy to deal with, prices were competitive and the fitter was fantastic.

Big shout out to Eddie and Dom our fitters and all the Team

Efficient fitting Team and all went to plan .

Thank you Gary and Team

Quick to quote on a new porch door, competitive price. Fitting went very smoothly and a couple of snags sorted out promptly with absolutely no fuss. Office was a pleasure to deal with as were Gary who quoted, Lewis who fitted and Mike who snagged. Very much recommended. Thank you!

Ideal windows did a great job seven years ago fitting new windows with skill and friendliness. Today they fixed a window catch despite being out of warranty - prompt friendly service and for no charge!! Great company - would highly recommend.

Great service from Gary and the team at Ideal. Really pleased with the back door and kitchen windows they fitted for us.

Have had all our windows replaced, the fitters were excellent, extremely helpful and did a great job. Had a few snagging issues, which you would expect replacing so many windows in a 1930's house, but these were all resolved very quickly. The overall customer service exceeded our expectations!
