Nancy made this process real easy and i didn’t have to worry about a thing.

My original experience with ideal tax left me unimpressed and frustrated. They were quick to want the money upfront. The worst part was the repeated changing of managers in charge of our case during the first 2 years. No communication, no idea who to speak to or contact, emails and calls left unreturned. When I would actually speak with someone, it was repeated questions that had already been answered and requests for information that had already been sent to prior case managers. It was like ground hogs day every time! There was no sign of effort or forward progress. I had all but given up hope that this was even a legitimate company. That is, until one staff member was able to restore my opinion for ideal tax. When we first spoke I was at my wits end with the collection attempts from the government and the lack of progress ideal tax had made. My frustration was evident in my tone was aimed straight towards the next staff member I spoke to...Maeve. What followed was an hour long conversation that left me with tears of hope. I cannot praise her enough. Her knowledge, attentiveness, organization and empathy are only a few of the amazing qualities that make her not just sn amazing employee, but a genuine human being. She has gone above and beyond for my mother and I and we are eternally grateful. I normally dont leave reviews but was happy to in this case. I could have focused on only the positive experience with Maeve, for this review, but wanted to offer up truth of our full experience as it is necessary for perspective. We are finally moving into resolution 3 years later for a chance to finally recover from this financial mess and we wouldn't be here without all of Maeves hard work. If I were only rating her I'd hands down give 5 stars, but the first 2 years were dishearteningly unprofessional. Ultimately we are grateful for reaching resolution. So Thank you Maeve and the ideal tax team.

Angela with ideal tax has been great. Dealing with the irs can be & is quite stressful, but Angela has been wonderful with keeping me informed about the progress of my case & there expertise in this matter. While I still have anxiety about my tax situation, Angela & ideal tax has made it easier.

Words cannot express how compassionate, empathetic and patient Angela has been throughout this entire process. I’ve been working with her for months, primarily due to my inconsistency. I have been working with Reece Lawson for the past 7 months, many of those months my finances changed and he always adjusts my payment to what I can afford. He is always accommodating to my circumstance & reminds me that he was there to help me and not add more stress. It's a pleasure to speak with him monthly and he is a fantastic representative for Ideal Tax Co. My taxes are getting completed and that's a relief. I don't deal with nasty IRS letters anymore, they have negotiated a huge reduction in what I owe in taxes. The load is off my shoulders.
