I purchased Ideal Image on 08/10/2022 for derma fillers and laser hair removal My laser hair removal appointment was scheduled for 08/16/2022 @ 12:40 pm I received a email stating my appointment is scheduled. My Advance filler appointment scheduled for 08/16/2022 @11:00 am. I received a email stating my appointment has been scheduled. On 08/16/2022 I arrived for my appointments @ Ideal Laser 5400 Brodie Ln Suite 280 Austin Tx 78745 phone 512-891-7778 and was told my appointments was auto canceled, I have email for each appointment stating "appointments has been scheduled". There was nothing front desk could do to squeeze me in to perform services Advance Fillers guaranteed during sales time of purchased. They wanted to squeeze me in only for Laser hair removal but not Advanced filler 08/16/2022 @ 11:00 am nor can they help in issuing me a refund. Front desk supplied phone to call for refund 1-800-708-1324 . I called spoke with Aaron who opened a refund case#00188136. I was told to allow 15 business days for decision. Decision is Ideal Image canceled my appointments and want me to wait a whole 15 business days for a decision.I have notified my credit card companies to despite refund Advance Filler purchase $725.00 Lifetime guaranteed Members250 I feel scammed and ripped off, services was expected and not rendered both of my appointments should not be canceled. I ordered Advance Filler and Laser hair removal together not separate. The timeframe to make a decision but not a refund seems unethical and poor business practices. I would like to escalate this matter. I want my refund $975.00 I paid you $975.00and expect $975.00 refund.

If you take the time to look at each attachments I emailed to you, it shows time payment was made. Shows the time service agreement was emailed.
The payment was made @ 7:56pm. Service agreement was emailed @ 8:43pm. This should be more than enough to issue a refund. Your sales representative underhanded made a sale before making me aware method, procedures, and cancellation. I feel discriminated by the Ideal Image 5400 Brodie Lane Austin Tx .I know they wasn’t as busy as they claim. I sat inside for 25/30 filing a case with Idea Image. I feel if I was of another ethnicity race they would had went above and beyond. I will look deeper into this matter until I receive my full refund the sales rep Amy manipulated the method, procedure of Ideal Image sales flow and changed it to fit in order to make a sale. I have proof and will continue to do what it take to resolve this issue. I do not trust you now to do anything to my face and would never suggest anyone I love to come in contact with your company.

DO NOT GET SERVICES WITH IDEAL IMAGE. PREDATORY LENDING SCAM WITH ALLY BANK. YOU WILL BE FORCED TO PAY FOR SERVICES EVEN IF YOU DO NOT WANT THEM. EVEN IF YOU ARE PREGNANT AND IT MAY HARM YOU OR YOUR CHILD.

I had filler injected into my chin area. My nurse, although very kind, lacked experience. I am all for using my body (being a nurse myself) to assist in training others, however, the end result was not acceptable. I still needed more filler in the areas once the swelling subsided. I have had filler done elsewhere and she used a lot more into each area. I kept questioning the nurse to use more, but she wasn't confident to do so. I went back into ideal image to show that I needed more filler, and they agreed after comparing my photos. It has been 10 days since I have not heard from them. They needed to get an approval from the corporate office to have them actually provide another syringe of filler before I could book a redo appt. I am a member and very discouraged at how they treat an already loyal, paid customer. At this point I would not recommend Ideal image for filler.
They need experienced nurses to do the injections with less pokes and better technique. They also need a much improved process when they don't deliver an acceptable treatment.
The decision makers are in the corporate office. The employees have no authority to help you, it makes for a very non personal approach to client care.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IDEAL IMAGE AT ALL! Before starting my laser hair remove sections, i talked with ideal image costumer service due to my skin condition, and their response was in case of medical condition with doctor note we will refund all charges. i got extremes skin condition after first section, and end up to ER. even i got medical condition and i had doctor note the office in Tampa was enforcing me to next laser section. finally they accept it, but this time ideal image was enforcing me for paying full payment. after 6 month fight they refund part of credit to ALY company. however, they claim to credit company that they still charging me almost $1200 for service ( only one time laser section). i try to talk with manager of Tampa office to receive the bill and charge, i request for appointment but she never called me! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IDEAL IMAGE AT ALL! they are careless, and this company all is about money!

I signed up for Ideal Images services and after going for the first treatment, I instantly got a allergic reaction. I was told I would be able to cancel due to this unfortunate health issue but it seems Ideal Imagine is dragging there feet and not being responsive.

I was told to go to a doctor / specialist to prepare a detail report on why I couldn’t continue these services Which I DID but Idea Imagine has been ignoring us since emailing the doctors report.

We have reached out to the Ally bank corporate office who they use for financing and patiently waiting for this to be resolved.

I would leave a negative review (zero is too high for them). The location in Tacoma is apparently run by a mystical creation because he/she/it is never there, never calls anyone back, and frankly doesn't appear to even care about customer retention. It must be wonderful in these days of uncertainty to not EVER have to be accountable to your customers.

Well over a year ago My 18 year old son called Ideal Image for a “free consultation” over the phone. While He was on the phone with an agent collecting information for this “free” consultation He was signed up for a line of credit without him knowing it. Prior to this He had never even owned any credit cards at all. He’s never even been to Ideal Image, nor have ever received his free consultation.

However, about a month after the phone call/ consultation screening, He received a bill in the mail for over $2000 with a line of credit that was opened up for him for services that were never rendered. We have been battling with the credit card company & Ideal Image for over a year to no avail. We even hired a lawyer to help me.

Finally today 7/11/22 He settled with a debt collection company (CKS) for $1000, reduced from $2500. He’s a 19-year-old student trying to obtain nursing school loans and buy a car and He’s unable to do so because his credit has been ruined by Ideal Image and the creditors associated with them, The latest one is called Galaxy international.

Last year, He had to freeze his credit and has been unable to gain loans for nursing school or a new car. He works in the medical industry as a phlebotomist and only 19 years old now… He would like to be reimbursed for the $1000 that He had to pay out of his own pocket for services He never received.

I suffered discrimination from this company. I found them online and i wanted a treatment for my hands discoloration caused by the sun. I submitted my information online and had someone called me and scheduled a Zoom video call. I did the Zoom video and the lady saw me i saw her, she said they can treat my hands but the package is $410 for 3 sessions, I accepted and she got my information taken payment from me before scheduled an appointment all of that happened in July 5. She found an open appointment for July 8 at 12pm. This morning i received a phone call saying they found in the information i am an african american they can't work with people who has my skin color 🥲😲I was in shock and i said why did you guys took my money and now coming with this? She said we don't because the machine doesn't work with your skin color. I spoke with them in Zoom video she saw me and i told them i was an african american with light skin color. I want them to refund me my money and stop taking payment from an african american girl.

Because of covid, I barely got to go and do my treatments, so I javelin a loan that I barely even got to use. I was supposed to have my last treatment yesterday, they called and had to cancel bc their nurse called in, then later called me again and said I was a no call no show and that I would be getting a fee! Absolutely horrible experience all together. I am still very disappointed a upset with the whole thing.

Ideal Image West Jordan is the worst! I wish I never signed up with this company to do cool sculpting. I got signed up at the end of March and I haven't been able to go in for my appointments due to cancellation on their part, or they didn't tell me they canceled an appointment. I still won't be seen until the middle of July to the beginning of August. They just called me today to reschedule another appointment and it's like for F*** SAKE, I'M DONE! At this point, I'll never get in and I'm getting RIPPED OFF! Horrible service, horrible customer service, even management is a joke! Don't waste your time, and money or sign up for a contract with them, there's no way to get out of it.

ALSO, takes forever for them to respond to any issues you have or won't even call you back!

I don't imagine I am the only one that has had a terrible experience from ideal image. I started laser hair removal treatment sometime in 2018 for my underarm and bikini area and from time to time Ild need to reschedule my appointment due to work schedule conflict. Each treatment is already about a few months apart but when rescheduling it will add at least one additional month. It’s 2020 and I am still in treatment, I had my first appointment of the year after which COVID happened and their offices were closed. I received only one mass email about this, mind you they never pick up their calls. I called over and over, nobody will answer especially when things opened back up. Eventually, I was able to make an appointment, this was already 2021. I had my treatment and left, scheduled the next one. On the day of my appointment, I get a message saying my technician got COVID so my appointment was canceled, I'm thinking well thank you for the heads up and let's reschedule. After weeks of calling to reschedule and no response, I finally get an appointment. Please tell me why on the day of my appointment I see that they cancelled it. I called and as usual nobody picked. Eventually someone called me back explaining that my appointment was canceled because my treatment has expired. Expired how, I still have about 3-5 treatments left in each area plus its lifetime guarantee if hair grows back. I explain to this lady my entire epistle and she's telling me there's nothing she can do for me. I paid in full for this service what do you mean? She then says she will escalate it and they will call me. It's over 6 months and not one call or resolution. If you wouldn't complete my treatment then refund me for treatments that weren't done. I don't know how this business continues to do this to people. It's unbelievable. If there is any class action suit been filed and you know about it, please add me to it. I will be more than happy to tell my story!

70 units total in my 11’s within 2 months with little to no results. They kept saying I needed more. I’ve had Botox many times at other places at the most 40 units in forehead and 11’s that worked very well as intended. The only I kept allowing them to tell me I needed more is because I had already purchased the membership. at their suggestion. They fill the syringes in another room unlike others who bring the vial into the appt. I do not believe they are using real fda approved US distributed Botox. Beware

I’d have to say that I would absolutely not recommend Ideal Image. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced by management and reception. Some of the nurses are nice when they are not sick, others are beyond lazy. Over priced with lacklustre results and no consideration for the clients what’s so ever. Ive spent over $15k! Had over 10 treatments on most areas with about 10% hair reduction. They always call to cancel my appointments due to staff issues, when treated miss several spots as they rush to get through and the touch ups that are advertised at 90% off still run the same price as any other clinic, for example a touch up on full legs is about $300 per session, this is after paying $5000 with no results. They started advertising deeper discounts to those who write a positive review for them seeing there was countless bad ones online. However they will not do anything for clients who pay huge money and have bad results. Terrible business and has a huge national feel to it.........no one can do anything for you as they are a US company. They selling services they can't provide on a timely manner.
You can't make an appointment a week from now, or even 2 weeks. It's literally 1,5 months and at worst time possible.

Let's say you have cancel your bikini treatment due to your moon cycle , guess what, next one will be available 1,5 month from now.

You think you might schedule all your appointments ahead and get a peace of mind. I did that , they canceled my appointment that I conveniently made for all zones, and broke it into 4 other appointments that happened to be all different times and spreaded within a month. So my second scheduled appointment stopped making any sense since you gotta follow the cycle.

I am trying to cancel my membership. Calling the company customer service and they keep saying that manager will call me back but no one is calling me back. It's been like that for 2 weeks! I call them every day, they put me on hold, just to tell that the person is not available and they will give me a call back. Lol

Don't sign up ladies. You'll just waste your money.

I have an awful experience with Ideal Image service, consultation, and customer service. I wanted to leave a review for such a terrible company to help others to avoid what happened to me. Let me explain my terrible experience with Ideal Image corporation in detail. I wanted to do Layer hair removal with Ideal Image. At the begging, I called them for consultation and the consulter told me about the price of full body package and what parts would be covered. After that, she explained about how I can get the loan for my payments and sent a loan contract to sign. Also, she made my first appointment on the phone. Later, she sent a DocuSign document regarding my hair removal contract by email, which I NEVER opened and signed. At the appointment, I realized there is something wrong with what the consulter told me about my package and price. The new packages, which I was told on the appointment day, only included half of parts of what the consulter told me and if I wanted to include the rest in my package, I needed to pay $3000 more! So, I asked them to cancel my appointment to see what is going wrong with my contract and I also requested to make a copy of my original contact. Then, I was given a copy of a contract with my information included but I NEVER SIGNED THE CONTRACT. There was some else initial and signature on the contract!!!!! I called their miserable consumer service to provide an explanation about WHO SIGNED MY CONTRACT!! The customer service had NO EXPLANATION about that. They hung up the phone! After several calls, they promised to call me back with an explanation but after 30 DYAS, no one is responsible about who signed my contract!! I have talked with my attorney, and I am going to sue Ideal Image corporation for their illegal action! DO NOT TRUST them and make aware anyone, who wants to use their services, about such awful company!

Scammers!!! Don’t get tricked into signing a contract with them you really don’t save! Ally lending pays Ideal image before u receive service! Leaves you fighting to get ur money back even if u don’t receive services! I scheduled 2 services with them. I received Botox in which they don’t use numbing cream. She was behind 30 min so she rushed pricking me causing me to bleed. I had to hold a cotton swab until the bleeding stopped. She did not give me follow up instructions. She just said have a nice day as l walked out with a cotton on my forehead! Based on this l canceled my appointment to get the cheek fillers done. I am not paying $1500 for botched fillers. I am now fighting with Ideal and Ally for the return of the monies not used! Both refused to make sure the accurate amount is refunded. Ideal kept a huge portion to cover only 15 units of Botox! Ally treated me horribly! Please don’t get yourself in a jam like this! Believe the reviews! I just made an appointment with Newton Medispa and the reviews r excellent! It’s only $999 for the cheek fillers! I wish l never heard of Ideal Image!

Save your money and get your service done somewhere where the staff actually views you as a human being rather than a means to profit. Look at all of the reviews on here and you'll see how they pressure customers into purchasing packages (they do not offer individual laser hair removal sessions; they are all packages of 16months+) and there are no prices shown or made available. I contacted Ideal Image to get an IPL Photofacial scheduled. After my "consultation," which ended up being a sales pitch, I was told that the IPL Photofacial isn't even offered in California - so why is it being advertised to me? I got pushed into purchasing an ultherapy treatment instead and multiple laser hair removal packages with absolutely no clarity on the pricing for each service. They have you sign obscure contracts and pay immediately while distracting you with all these numbers and "discounts" and "great deals" but nothing solid is ever provided (I still have no idea what the original prices of the services are). I ended up paying THOUSANDS of dollars, yes thousands... only to find out they sold me services that are not offered in their clinic, they do not have the machines for, and even some services that I could have gotten for free! I filed a complaint with their customer service with all my experiences and receipts, and have not been able to get a hold of anyone; my emails keep getting forwarded around to people who "want to help but can't do much." This has been such a frustrating experience and I am shocked a business like this is even possible and running.

Instead of responding to my Yelp review, Ideal Image had my review removed. It's unbelievable how much they don't care about their customers. Why not reach out and try to resolve this and turn it into a positive experience?

Like many of the reviews here, my appointments were canceled.
I was told to come in 10 days later for a touch up. I asked the RN if I should make the appointment before I left and she told me to wait a few days to see if I would need one. She also stated that since it would be a quick process, I would be able to get in easily.
Now that I am trying to schedule they have one appt. for a time I am at work. So the next option given was in July. What about the 10 day recommendation?When I tried to object and asked to speak to a manager, Mary just kept talking over me and telling me she had booked me for July. She completely ignored me.
Now I am on a waiting list, She informed me that I don't have an appointment but they would call me if something became available. The second procedure I prepaid for was also rescheduled for July. They are taking on more clients than they are able to handle.
Maybe we should al get together and file a lawsuit for deceptive trade practices

I had a interview over the phone. DO NOT do business with these people. The first question they asked is what color my hair was. Next question was about piercings then it was tattoos. It gave me RACIST, ELITE, REPUBLICAN,KKK vibes immediately. It was the most unprofessional thing I heard. I can't believe it's 2022 and people still are worried about COLORS period
