IDA recently replaced my daughters boots without question and they arrived within 6 days. Fantastic Customer Service. My Daughter is delighted as she loves the boots. She previously has some knee issued but the internal arch and the stud design has helped to make these feel like a pair of slippers. Fantastic value for money too.

Amazing amazing! Boots got shipped via express and the quality is amazing. Haven’t been able to wear them for long periods yet due to injury however the time I’ve worn them so far have been amazing!

Fast shipping, well packaged. Shoes are excellent - a real difference to men/unisex shoes. Shoes fitted well for my wife feet and no pressure points. No breaking in needed at all. Very comfortable fit. Shoes feel solid. Reasonable price too.

I purchased the Rise FG/AG cleat and need to return them as they are a bit too small. There was no return slip in with the cleat package so the website instructs to fill out the "return request form." I filled out the form twice and only received the reply that my request is being reviewed. It has been several days. I don't want to have to buy a new pair in a bigger size while waiting for the request to be processed. Disappointed and annoyed that returning and exchanging these cleats is so difficult.

The shoes are so comfy and have great support and work great on the soccer field!

The boots look great, are good quality but unfortunately didn't fit. After emailing the company I received amazing customer service with genuine care and attention given.

Quick shipping and easy website to navigate. I did get on the Australian site somehow but got an email a few days later that my Aussie order was canceled and the American order was placed instead

Easy to use website and size guides to select the correct size. I was super impressed with how quickly I received my boots. I ordered the IDA rise and really happy with them. They are very comfortable and have taken very little wearing in. I’m just back from ankle surgery and have only worn them to train in so far but very much looking forward to giving them a proper run out when I return to match play. The performance in training has been really good, allowing me to turn comfortably and feel good when passing/striking the ball.

It’s great to see there is a company out there now designing boots specifically for women’s feet. Hopefully leading the way to more variety being available.

Met these fabulous Ida humans at an event and now have 3 pairs of Idas!! After 3+ broken feet occurrences and many more injuries from D1 soccer, I wish these shoes would have been around when I was playing. Now, as a coach / amateur washed up player..they’re my favorite pair of shoes!!!!

I've been wearing IDA cleats for a few years now. It's really incredible how well they fit and perform. No more sore toes, heels or ankles. They have held up to two years playing in 90% humidity and 6 soccer games in Mexico. I recommend them to all my soccer sisters! I just bought the newest styles and will test them out this spring! I can't wait!
