Long story but the after sale service I received was appalling! Had a fault on EP650 headphones & MR270 dual band Bluetooth transmitter.

I returned the faulty devices back to iDaffodil at my cost. I was initially told there was no fault on both devices by robotic Adam. After MUCH debating I sent a video of the fault to prove the MR270 was faulty. After iDaffodil ((Adam) receiving the video I was sent a replacement in acknowledgment of the fault. I went through many hurdles having to do battle with Adam for him to acknowledge that there actually was a fault!

Adam refused to reimburse my postage costs although the MR270 was EVENTUALLY deemed faulty! According to their own terms & conditions for faulty products state that full reimbursement of postage costs would be made when a device is returned & deemed faulty.

Both faulty products were under guarantee.

I can’t recall any previous occasion with any company that I had to do battle with just to get Adam to acknowledge a fault on a device. Shameful considering this is a British company! By the way, the value of the product was around £10, I battled this purely on principle!

Anyway, idaffodil have now lost a long established multi purchase customer. I have made many purchases from idaffodil in the past, their loss for simply not initially accepting the fault exists & arguing the point!

Item arrived on time and as advertised, so very prompt delivery, unfortunately Item was faulty, contacted customer service to explain and within an hour a had a full refund, so excellent customer service, and would highly recommended using this company again

Quick delivery no problems

I bought this direct from daffodil as all I needed was a basic TV freeview recorder.
Unfortunately I could not get to my first programme to record on the epg because it only showed the current one. So I rang customer service who said it needs time to propagate ! They asked me if I had an up to date outside TV aerial and I confirmed that I did and it is new. My TV epg was picking up all the epg as usual. So after a while their epg 'breeded' and I found the programme to record by adding a red dot to it. Unfortunately when I came to play the recording it was of bbc1 not the chosen channel !
So I tried another time leaving the box on the channel I wanted to record, and it worked ! Hooray I thought.
But this morning when I came to set a new recording the epg for bbc2 hd had not propagated far enough to it. Frustration. I left it on the epg for over an hour but still no joy. So I retuned all the channels, then my programme appeared ! What a clart.
I don't know about recording 2 channels at the same time, even overlapping, but I doubt I'll ever need that.
For the money it's not too bad as a very basic but glitchy TV recorder, but if you aren't willing to persevere with it don't buy.

Easy to find on the Internet, headphones only came a few days ago only managed to download app today not read online instructions as yet.
