Well today was install day of the 15 x 405 Panels and a 6 Kw inverter plus batteries. The panel installers and sparky worked as a team and completed a professional install quite quickly. Communication to me, as the customer, was first class.
The pre install team of Sales Consultant, Surveyor, Technical Manager, and Admin Staff have been equally impressive.
As a retired Plant and Engineering Manager I would have been equally impressed had they been commissioned to complete a design/install in my Factory.
Hope the ASHP install, in a weeks time is equally as
professional.

Just wonderful, I can’t believe how much were saving each month on our bills. They are easily down by a good 80% I would say. Overall very happy with ICS and their workmen they were on the ball and couldnt do more for us. I would recommend if you want solar panels fitting best thing weve done this year so far thank u

Really happy with the service provided by ics my point of contact was Todd and he kept me up to date on things it was really quick from getting a quote to getting the solar installed there was a few problems for the electrician James but he went above and beyond and didn’t leave until everything was up and running

I was delighted by the service from ICS. They are very easy to contact by phone and the men who fitted the solar panels were courteous and helpful. I was consulted at different stages of the project and they gave good advice. The electrician was knowledgeable and helpful, kept me informed of progress, answered questions and set up the app effectively. The installation was efficiently, quickly and expertly conducted.

Had an air source heat pump and solar panels installed a couple of months ago by Infinity, and I have to say that I am very happy with the results. I no longer have to rely on the energy companies for my gas and electricity, as I effectively live off grid now. The solar panels and air source heat pump power my house for all of my energy needs and then some. I am even considering buying a battery pack so that I can sell the surplus electricity back to the grid and make money - this was proposed to me at first but I declined as I wanted to make sure it all worked as it should - and it did. The cost of the air source heat pump and solar panels are also less than what I was paying for gas and electric so I have monthly savings from the get go, and once I have paid the installments for them, I will save hundreds of pounds per month. Great service as well, quick and friendly, it only took 2 weeks from signing to having them installed in my home. Get on the wagon folks!

Excellent service from start to finish all the team were very professional and always on time ,I decided to have the heat pump ,solar panels and battery as was sick off the ever growing gas and electric bills and now I'm self sufficient best money I've ever spent.install went in on the agreed day and everything went smooth,highly recommend this company and all their team

Great company from start to finish. I had solar and battery and an air source heat pump installed from ICS in the space of two weeks. From survey to install excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service by Lauren in the back office team, contactable outside of normal office hours. The electrician and the roofers used were very professional and friendly and did an excellent job. Time was taken to explain the set up and establish the app, so I could see how the system was working and how much energy was being produced. This app is amazing. In terms of the products the panels really do work without sunlight. On day 1 it was a really grey day, heavy cloud, but still generated 1 kWh of power. The app is really detailed. Shows you exactly where your energy is going and how it's distributed.
Think the team did an excellent job, products look like they do as the team advised.
Can't recommend ICS enough.

From start to finish this company excelled themselves.
Having been in customer service myself before I instantly felt that these were about the customer not just the company.
The first phone call was from a young lady called paige, professional, polite and friendly and they listened to the customer not just a speal. They listened to my questions and answered knowledgeable.
I was told I'd get another phone call to confirm an appointment and I did from another lovely friendly lady called lauren who once again answered further questions that had sprung to mind. And a added bonus was making the appointment around my needs not theres. A huge bonus.
A friendly guy called Ryan came to see me on the date/ time arranged. No messing about changing dates times as you usually get. He was here about an hour but that was me with added questions and general chit chat.
Ryan the rep kept in touch, making sure I was happy with everything and getting me a fitting date that worked round me within 3wks.
The fitting team were amazing.
On time and date agreed. Straight to it not 10 cups of coffee first. They deserved a medal as they went the extra mile. Having a disabled son they took time to chat with him answering his questions and making sure he was okay even though this was disturbing there work. They were so polite and curtis towards us, most would huff and puff but they made the whole experience so much more relaxed. They are a huge credit to the company and should be so proud of themselves.
Not only have I for the first time had such good customer service but they overall experience was so smooth and worry free and a huge saving in My pocket.
I have managed to wipe away my gas bill completely but also having had solar panels fitted too I've seen a saving of 70% on my electricity bill.
I was completely gobsmacked when actually saw the difference I had saved and all worry free.
If there ever was a company that
Put 110% into there customers not just the product it would be this one.

Excellent can’t fault a thing. Very pleased with the install of our solar panels, quick, efficient and tidy. Special mention to the roofers Jordan & Danny who installed the panels. Jordan was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. I must also mention Spencer the electrician who was also very knowledgeable about the panel installation and thank you for setting up the app for me. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys.

A great find: a company that does what it says it will do and when it says it will do it. Can't rate these guys highly enough and would definitely recommend them for any of your solar requirements - A great price and a real can do attitude in terms of delivering the install and the equipment.

Genuinely, I can't fault these guys, i'm really pleased with my install which took place in late January 2023.

With the rising energy costs we decided to look into solar panels. We called a few different companies for a quote but ICS was the only company that stood out. Their professionalism their knowledge of the solar panels and the way they talked us through absolutely everything. There was no hard sell. We didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything. From the initial meeting to the fitting and after sales service everything was impeccable. Highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking into solar panels.
