I did not receive my parking bar code…
I did not receive my parking bar code for the 03/21/2025 date. I did not get to park at a Icon Parking lot for my event. I had to pay another parking lot in Newark, NJ for my parking needs. This sucks and I want a refund. There were no one to call and ask for the email because it was after 6 pm. Contact me at your early convience. Your system will show my barcode was not scanned.

Overpaid
Prepaid on the icon website for a spot and paid $50. When we arrived at the lot, there was a sign advertising parking for $30. The staff was friendly enough to try and help us cancel our reservation to pay the cheaper price, but ultimately we were unsuccessful in doing so.

Despite the bad weather and long lines, our car was brought up quickly. Staff is very polite.

I had already pre paid weeks ahead of…
I had already pre paid weeks ahead of time for parking. We we left an event at Prudential Center they said I owed money. I showed them my reservation and receipt. They kept saying I just have to pay it and could not give a rationale. The biggest barrier was not fluent in English to communicate the issue. If they could have explained the reason maybe a different opinion. Lost a customer who always used this lot for events. I have many friends who go there and have told them never to use it again. So more business will be lost. Be better to your customers.

Thank you for leaving feedback. We strive hard to make every customer’s experience seamless. The rate you purchased is a discounted Early Bird rate. You must begin parking by the arrival time indicated on your reservation. We advise prior to booking that additional costs may apply if you begin parking after your reservation arrival time.

I ordered a monthly pass and I haven’t received confirmation of my payment. This is presenting a big issue with the parking guys. And there’s no customer service to call.
