Scammers!!
Scammers!!! I came at 11:00am on a Sunday to park, off rip nasty attitude .. we came back not even 30 minutes later they tried to charge us $37 when they sign says “up to 1/2 21.89” even they weekend special says “25.39” . Paying the money is not a issue it’s the fact they scamming

It was a brutally cold day and the men…
It was a brutally cold day and the men worked so hard to get everyone’s car fast. Several people were waiting at once and still the cars came out faster than they do during the regular season.

Came to pick up my car and was told I owed an extra $56.
Came to pick up my car and was told I owed an extra $56. So what was supposed to be a $35 parking spot that I paid for online turned into $91. I get that it's not their problem that I sat in traffic for 1.5 hours so ended up coming past my reservation time but if you're going to owe more than what you paid for the reservation, they need to tell you that upfront when you come to park They can't just surprise you with a 150% mark-up and refuse to go get your car until you cough up the money. Will not be coming back here.

I prepaid $37 for parking
I prepaid $37 for parking, which was not honored. I was then charged another $56 to retrieve my car. The attendant even told me to argue it with customer service because it was BS. So please refund me the $56 so I don't have to dispute with Amex.

The person picking up their car in front of us was 15 mnutes late on their 12 hours, and was going to be charged $70 extra. The cashier needs to be empowered to make a judgement call to give such people a break, rather than having a 10-minute argument and "calling the manager" ensue.

Because of the Veteran's Day parade
Because of the Veteran's Day parade, the roads were blocked and I could not reach the parking garage.
I understand that this is not your fault. But I did lose the money I paid as it is difficult to pull up and text for cancellation in the middle of NY traffic.
