No problems! Paid ahead of time online in the ICON app- quick and easy Parking. Used for an event nearby. Had to pay extra for oversized vehicle when I picked up the SUV… but easy and convenient

Friendly and courteous staff. Took good care of my SUV. Reserved online. No surprises in pricing, knowing ahead there is a $ 15.00 upcharge for SUVs collected at time of pick-up.

I paid it online and when we went to get the car they charged me an additional price claiming my car was oversized. They were very rude.

We always strive to make the booking process as easy as possible for you and are sorry to hear that you were unaware of our oversize vehicle fee. Please note that before our website allows you to finalize your booking, it is required that you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions which states that an oversize fee of $15.00 per 24 hours will be collected at the location if your vehicle does not meet the standard requirement. The general rule that determines if a vehicle is oversize requires the vehicle to be 181 inches in length or longer, or, 65 inches in height or higher.

Rude Overnight Attendant
The guy who works overnight is rude and slow. I asked him nicely to open the gate five time, he walked away for 5 minute, came back, and proceeded to sit down at the desk, instead of opening the guy. Every interaction that I've had with him since he started working their has been negative and I don't know why he still works their. I work around the corner and pay for overnight parking in advance so I don't know why he treats me this way every time.

Great arrival, very bad departure
Arrival: Great, professional service, everything went well.
Departure: The clerk was rude, and was yelling in the mic for us to move, even though we were alone in the parking. We were 6 with luggages so it took us a few minutes to pack everything in the car, and the employee was yelling in the microphone to get us moving. He could've come to see us in person or just see that we weren't ready yet. There were no other customers around.
