If zero stars were possible, I would give them.
I do not recommend parking here due to misleading pricing and poor customer service. When I arrived, the cashier asked how long I would be parked, and I said approximately four hours. He sent me a payment link showing a charge of $86. When I questioned the high price, he simply said, “That’s how it is.”
I decided to return earlier after only 1.5 hours but was still charged the full amount. When I asked to either stay for the originally planned duration or adjust the fee, I was told that the payment had already been “processed” and nothing could be done. None of these conditions were disclosed before payment.
This experience felt deceptive and unprofessional. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company and will not be using their services again. Proceed with caution.

i'm really upset that you stopped doing…
i'm really upset that you stopped doing coupons. Those are the best. I have to admit. I sometimes park other places a lot of places have croutons. Bring them back, please. E. 22nd St. is the best lot with the best people and that's why I park there.

The attendants we extremely friendly and polite. We have parked in multiple lots and this is by far the best.

Website said EV charging but nah
Website said there was EV charging and it was broken. Traveled in from out of state and that screwed me. Attendant was dismissive and unhelpful about it. Be better.
