Crashed My Car Into the Wall
They damaged my wife's car with obvious white paint from their wall. Every time we call, they use the excuse that there is no manager. DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE! Other, more reputable places will take better care of your car and be more responsive to issues.

My Go To Brooklyn Parking Spot
I use this garage every time I come to Brooklyn. It’s clean, well lit, and the staff are prompt and know how to get the job done.
The only thing I wish were different is that you make reservations and prepay in the app, but you have to show your confirmation email when you arrive, and then show both a text and the app reservation page to get out. It would be so nice to just have one spot/ code for reservations to show you have one and that you prepaid.

You must begin parking by the arrival time indicated on your reservation. We advise prior to booking that additional costs may apply if you begin parking after your reservation arrival time.

Don't pay in advance!…
I paid in advance and the attendant somehow couldn't input the info even though he checked it when I arrived. I showed him bar codes and he still couldn't figure it out. He told me I would have to pay again which I refused to do. There were many people in line behind me. He helped a few and finally after 25 minutes agreed to get my car along with the manager. Why he didn't get the manager immediately , I don't know. When the car arrived I left as I had my two young grandchildren with me!
