Lovely rug but has an odour
Lovely rug. Customer service was great and rug looks great. The only issue would have to be due to the jute component in the rug it has a strong rather unpleasant odour. It’s gradually improving nbut some warmer days still quite noticeable.

Appalling delivery service from their warehouse by Hunter Express - two separate orders placed neither of which have been delivered. Today I received notifications that my second package could not be delivered as i was "not home" - this is an absolute lie - Ive been home all day waiting - I did not receive a phone call from the driver - I'm really annoyed.
