TERRIBLE SERVICE AND POOR COMMUNICATION. WASTED WEEKS WITH NO RESULTS AND A USELESS STRATEGY, LEADERSHIP WAS COMPLETELY DISMISSIVE.

I engaged this agency with high expectations based on listening to Podcasts from the leader and reading by the founder. Unfortunately, the service delivered fell far below that standard.
Although an audit and onboarding process was supposed to be completed, the information lacked any depth and was then not used to inform the strategy documents that followed. Despite repeated requests, I was never shown where or how this work was incorporated. As a result, the strategies presented were poorly informed and disconnected from my business.
Three strategy iterations were produced, ending in a late-stage complete pivot. Even the account lead expressed dissatisfaction with the final version. This was not a refinement but a 360 degree reversal, and had it been implemented, it would have been actively harmful to the business.
6 weeks on No campaigns went live, tracking issues remained unresolved, and communication throughout was poor — something later acknowledged internally.

When I raised concerns weeks went by before I recieved a response from leadership which was dismissive and unprofessional, particularly disappointing given the importance of leadership in setting standards and learning from feedback.

This experience highlighted a significant gap between process and delivery. I would strongly advise any prospective clients to ensure there is clear accountability for how audit and onboarding work translates into strategy and execution before engaging and ensure that they can actually deliver what they tell you they can before parting with large sums of money.
