Pretty happy with them. They had a system upgrade around the time when we joined which caused some delays, but generally the experience has been positive! They respond to our feedback pretty fast, and as we continue to become pickier as our brand grows, we hope they will continue to respond to our feedback on content!

Have been using Icon for a while now. Fast reply when we needed revisions or clarifications on the ads generated. Briefing system for human UGC ads is designed well and videos are in high quality. We experienced some service disruption when Icon was doing a system upgrade, but since then, the platform has been effective and helpful to my team.

Flexible and fast. The platform is quickly evolving, so you get the benefits of constant enhancements, but also need to be patient with a product in rapid development.

Gave Icon a shot without much briefing at all and was pleasantly surprised with the content output!!

We’ve been using ICON for our video content and love the dynamic, modern editing style. The pricing is very competitive, and having built-in competitor analysis and creative generation tools is a huge plus. While we experienced some initial platform lag and delivery delays, the quick support team helped us resolve everything promptly.

My experience with Icon may be a little different than most because I’ve used them at multiple stages, starting with their lowest-tier subscription and later moving into a managed account.

To be clear, there are times when it’s obvious they’re still a startup and working through startup-type challenges. But I’ve been consistently impressed by how quickly they respond and improve.

I run a poker club in Kentucky, and I originally joined for the lower-tier plan that gave me access to consolidated AI tools for ad creative. Overall, it did a solid job, especially for the price. I still ran into some of the same limitations I’ve seen with other AI tools—especially with niche poker visuals like chips, cards, and hands, which sometimes came out with strange artifacts—but they were constantly improving, so I stayed with it.

A few months later, I got some outreach about upgrading to a managed account, where their team would create and edit ads for me. As a founder/operator who often wears too many hats, that was a very easy yes.

The quality of the creative they produced was far better than what I was making on my own, and they took feedback extremely well. My account manager was highly responsive, easy to work with, and quick to turn revisions around.

There were occasional technical issues, especially in the ad review area of the platform, but what stood out was how seriously they took those problems. More than once, they got me on calls with developers, reviewed screen recordings, and rolled out fixes quickly.

The managed experience also felt very high-touch. My account manager was fast, professional, personable, and made me feel like they genuinely cared about my business.

I’m currently on a break because I’ve scaled back my marketing budget, but I plan to come back when I can. I’d absolutely recommend Icon to anyone who needs better creative output or wants a more unified AI-driven ad workflow.

Like any tool or service, you’ll get more out of it if you put real effort into the process.

Great agency for video ads with UGC and AI content

We love the creative that we get from ICON. Diverse characters with stories that convert. They are open to our design ideas and respond quickly. This has been a good addition to our design flow for both organic and paid media.

Icon has helped me - a solopreneur - get ad creatives as if I were a MUCH BIGGER company.

I think their editors are waaay better than the ones I have from Upwork...

The service also includes a content strategist to help guide the brief creation and help you iterate for your next brief based on what's working. I'd definitely recommend the service, it's a great value as a small business looking for diverse content from real creators.

I'm now on my 3rd month with Icon and I'll keep renewing! I work with them for UGC content creation, static assets, VEO assets, and ad management and honestly I've been happy with all of the above. Their team is extremely responsive and really thinks outside of the box when it comes to content. Results are also pretty clear, since they've taken over our account with creative and management, they've reduced our CAC by 24% and we're seeing incremental lift. They continue to improve their platform and add new features as well. Worth it imo.
