Would give zero if I could
I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience genuinely deserves one.
I purchased the Certified SOC Analyst (CSA) course for 650 EUR — a price that, in many parts of Central and Eastern Europe, equals an average monthly salary. For that kind of money, one would expect at least fair treatment and reasonable access terms. Instead, what I got was a time-limited license of just one year, which is already questionable compared to competitors offering lifetime access for significantly less.
Due to an extremely demanding workload, I couldn’t complete the course within that period. I reached out multiple times to request reactivation — a simple administrative action in most tech platforms — only to be told I need to pay an additional 405 EUR. Charging over 60% of the original price just to regain access to something I already paid for feels excessive and frankly exploitative.
What makes this even worse is that previously purchased mini-courses (worth around 100 EUR) have completely disappeared from my account. No access, no visibility, nothing. This raises serious concerns about the platform’s business practices — paying customers should not see their purchased content vanish.
Overall, this creates the impression of a business model designed to extract repeated payments rather than support learners. For a company operating in the cybersecurity education space, this lack of transparency and fairness is disappointing.
I would not recommend an overpriced service where even courses advertised with lifetime access can simply disappear from your account.
