There was a slight issue in that I hadn't received any documentation / policy, but after a quick phone call to Mo he immediately put things right and emailed me the documentation within a couple of hours. They always go above and beyond!
We have been using this company for around 5 years now for motor trade insurance. Mark Spencer has been a pleasure to work with. I comminucate with Rachael from IC Insurance on pretty much a daily basis; to which the level of service is outstanding.
I would not be able to survive in my job without her assisstance on all our Motor claims.
