Great Service during claims process
Great pro-activeness on a claim we had, Rachael was continually ensuring communications between us and the insurers were prompt and followed. Matter was resolved with minimal fuss.

Hamzah worked hard for us to get a great policy at close to our best other offer.

Rachael is amazing nothing is too much trouble and no matter how long it takes to find a solution she finds it . Carnt thank her enough when the third party insurance was trying to charge me for car hire when it was a none fault accident on my behalf .
She followed it through to the end till they paid up ! Best customer service adviser I have ever come across . Staff are amazing at this company I would recommend 💯
