We have used their disposable sports ice packs before, with no problems - in fact we ordered the previous batch well before lockdown, and they well outlasted their "best by" date. Didn't think twice... Se mere

Delivery complaint
I have no problem with the product- I have yet to receive it!
Ordered on 25Sept. DHL mislaid it. Reordered on 30 th with delivery to my address for delivery Friday.DHL emailed to say delivery today (Fri) This also failed but we could pick it up at local depot by 16.30. This info was too late as we could not get to depot before closing. It is now being delivered on Monday ( hopefully)
My complaint is not with you but with DHL

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, Will. We deeply regret the frustration caused by these repeated delivery delays and the mismanaged depot notifications. Even though the shipping carrier is responsible for the transit process, we know this experience impacts your overall satisfaction. We are actively contacting our logistics partners to review these courier failures and to ensure your shipment arrives safely today as scheduled. We appreciate your patience while we work to improve our delivery reliability.

Gel Ice Packs
Product arrived in record time via Royal Mail. Great service from them. Gel packs solid when frozen but become softer (but not warmer) quickly. Fit to jointed areas very effectively
