Great while they worked. Packed up after 2 weeks and no response from company. Their website is down/unavailable. They will just start up under a different name and continue selling faulty goods. They should be investigated.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. This company definitely should be investigated as a scam. Hearing aids are fawlty and the company website is no longer available. I initially received a standard email in response to my complaint confirming that my email had been received but no follow up. A second email from me had no response.
Please stay clear this company will take your money and you cannot get in touch with them afterwards. My hearing aids lasted 2 weeks so applied for a refund this was never forthcoming please stay well clear it's a sham
Just tryed these hearing aids an absolute waste of money all you get is distorted voices and a high pitch whistle. Don't waste your money on them no doubt I'll be unable to get a refund
The hearing aids distort speech and are very uncomfortable to wear. They are slow to reply to messages and their offer of 25% which was rejected then increased to 50% still leaves me with a pair which are unsuitable for their purpose. Sending then back to China by tracked post costs £18 and although this means I would be £11.50 better off is not a risk to task. Trading Standards should investigate them as a route business.

Can not believe we are all in the same boat! Item is not fit for purpose. Was offered 25% refund to keep them - I have been pushing to get a refund - but told I have to ship to China - yet there website portrays as UK based company in Poole and also in europe - nothing mentions China. I am worried if I send them back I will still not get any money as they will say they didnt receive them and I will have lost another £15. Im going to check out my credit card to see if they can help.

Bought these hearing aids they are useless to big tried to get a refund but get no reply from email or anything else they are scammers £59 down the drain
I bought these 19th September 2024 .and one of them has stopped working .I tried 2 telephone numbers on their contact page both numbers were not recognised I can't find another way to contact them .I just feel like theve taken my money under false pretence .£59 is a lot of money to lose .I'm going to trading standards. I think this company should be investigated
I recieved hearing aids. They were to large for my ears. Requested to return them. I was offered a 25%and 50% discount to keep these. As they were no use to me I again requested a return. I was given the address in China to return to them at a cost of £12.50 to myself. This is not the address that they advertise on their advert. Be very careful when dealing with this company
Terrible hearing aids. A Total con. All mine do is make a high pitched squeak/whistle.
An appalling company. Promised 60day return payment if not satisfied. My hearing aids failed within 2 weeks and to get my money back they instruct me to return items to China at my expense. Didn't show any thing about Chine on their web site.

I bought these hearing aids from this company they are a total waste of money i have asked for a refund of my £59 but they are just ignoring me they are just scammers i intent to go to trading standards if i do not get any satisfaction or hear from them i have tried to get onto their site but to no avail.
I purchased hearing aids from this company as they were UK based in Poole. The goods arrived from China but were unsuitable. I therefore requested a return and refund on their support e-mail address. No response was received after two days (and still not four days later). So I rang the contact mobile number +44 7441443245 and the number is not recognised. I managed to tracked down another info e-mail address and this was bounced back because the server has an error and is outside of Office 365 control. I therefore suspect this is a scam company. UPDATE 22/11/2024. I returned my aids to China after being offered the 25% and 50% blag and after chasing up was told I would receive my £59 refund back into my bank account. A few days later I received two emails in German from some random person saying they have credited my PayPal account (which I closed down years ago) 2 x £29.50 so I had to reactivate my account to claim it. Now PayPal are holding the money for 21 days as they class me as the seller instead of a buying customer and have taken £4 in handling fees! So now I need to resolve this issue with them.
