finish. I traded in my Honda and put down a £250 deposit on a used car—only for it to break down just 10 miles from the dealership. I then had to wait an unbelievable 5 hours to be recovered. To make matters worse, the car was deemed completely unrepairable.

They eventually gave me my old car back, but refused to return my £250 deposit. After chasing them repeatedly, they had the nerve to claim they’d deducted £150 for a valet—done by a basic car wash next door. There is no way that cost £150. Even then, they still kept the remaining £100 with no justification.

It didn’t stop there. I spent 8 months constantly chasing them—multiple calls a day at times—just to get the finance cancelled, which should have taken weeks, not months. Every interaction was worse than the last: rude staff, dismissive attitudes, and even being shouted at down the phone. Their final response? “We’re not giving your deposit back. End of.”

Disgraceful behaviour, zero accountability, and utterly unprofessional. Avoid this company at all costs—they will take your money and treat you terribly if anything goes wrong.
Just to clarify on there update I do have the right. Place. And definitely do not want to contact you guys as your members off staff was really rude the car was a white Nissan EV we part exchanged from my Honda I can prove this to as have the WhatsApp messages

To leave a fair review I will say that there are positive aspects to my experience with this dealer: they gave me a fair price for my part exchange.
However, my experience with them felt rushed - it felt as though I was being pressured and rushed to go for the car, whilst they claimed it was because they had another offer. Perhaps this led to my main issue, which is that the Volkswagen Polo I was sold has a broken coil spring, which is a major suspension part. I was not informed of this, and when I communicated this to them, I was completely ignored. This requires an instant repair of £250 which should have been taken off the price of the car OR fixed. However, neither was done. I am now left with a car bill 2 weeks into purchase although their claim was that the car was in perfect condition. I am disappointed with how this has turned out as otherwise, I am enjoying the car.
I would say that individuals should beware of this, be slow to buy, and to probe them for any issues with the car to avoid a similar experience to me.

I am posting this review based on my direct, first-hand experience with IBZ Motorz Ltd. Although the vehicle was registered in my wife’s name, I was the primary user and the person who dealt directly with the garage regarding faults and repairs.

The vehicle developed serious warning lights and mechanical and electrical issues within the first 30 days of use. Independent diagnostic checks identified multiple faults.

Following a formal complaint, the finance provider arranged an investigation and independent inspection, which concluded that faults were present at the point of sale. IBZ Motorz were instructed to collect the vehicle and carry out repairs.

After being told repairs were complete, I collected the vehicle from their premises. Within approximately 30 minutes of leaving, multiple warning lights reappeared and the vehicle broke down, requiring recovery. This occurred immediately after it was returned as repaired.

The matter then continued for several months before the agreement was ultimately brought to an end in late 2025. This review reflects my personal experience and is supported by inspection reports and correspondence.

I would advise prospective buyers to obtain an independent inspection before purchase and to proceed with caution.

DO NOT TRUST IBZ MOTORS - MY EXPERIENCE WITH A SEVERELY FAULTY VEHICLE

Please be extremely careful when buying a car from this company. I would strongly advise not to purchase a car from them unless you have an independent car inspector to check the car before paying your money.

Bought a car from them in April 2024 and the car appeared to be working fine but within 30 days , the nightmare started. The cars windows wouldn’t close and the engine light started flashing. We called RAC who ran a diagnostics check and the check came with a long list of issues present at the point of sale, which raised serious concerns about its condition when supplied. Contacted IBZ motors which was really difficult and extremely rude staff , we ended up taking the car back. They fixed the windows and claimed the engine light was only flashing because it needed Ad Blue.

We got the car back and the light disappeared but it started flashing again after some weeks. Again we took it to a garage and again the check came out with a long list of issues like before , including issues relating to the turbo charger and engine, with repairs quoted at several thousands pounds. I contacted IBZ regarding this broken car that they’ve sold me and they told me that my warranty had ended and they told me that they had seen the Trustpilot review that I had previously left about them and told me to stop calling them and to stop bothering them. Extremely rude , unprofessional and zero customer service!!

I then put in a complaint via the finance company regarding IBZ and my complaint was upheld following the finance provider’s investigation and inspection process, which identifies multiple issues with the vehicle. After they were ordered to collect the car and to complete all repairs.

IBZ came and collected the car and took it away for repairs. After 2 weeks they called us to say repairs were complete and the car was ready and for us to collect.

We went to collect the car and after about 30mins into our drive back home that very same day, the car started flashing all sorts of warning lights and faulty engine lights again on the dashboard and the car completely came to a halt on the motorway, and we were stuck on the motorway had to call AA who took us back home. This again raised very serious concerns for us about whether the reported repairs had been effective or even properly carried out!

IBZ then said they would come and collect it and try and fix it again at this point I was not having it . I did not want the car anymore and requested my money back. The processes took a long time and all the staff at that garage are very rude. I have bought cars in the past from different garages but my experience with this particular IBZ MOTORS garage was like a nightmare from hell and thank god this nightmare is over now!! The whole process was a night mare and it concluded in Nov 2025. And I feel sorry for the next person who is going to be sold that car.

I would not recommend them , not even to my worst enemies that’s how bad these guys are, the staff there are a nightmares!!

FINALY AGAIN I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANYONE THAT IS CONSIDERING TO BUY A CAR FROM THIS GARAGE TO TAKE AN INDEPENDENT ASSESSOR TO THOROUGHLY INSPECT THE CAR BEFORE THEY COMMIT TO BUY , TO ENSURE YOU ARE PAYING FOR A ROADWORTHY CAR AND YOU WILL THANK ME LATER !!!

The independent inspection report concluded that this vehicle had many issues at point of sale and it is shocking, we found their conduct throughout to be unprofessional and unacceptable. This car started giving us problems within 30days of owning it and even spent my own money trying to fix it at first!

I recently bought a 2015 Mazda 3 from Faz. The entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. We had a test drive the day before and decided to take some time to think about it. The next day, we returned to Faz to have another look at the car before making a decision. Faz was honest, transparent, and showed us all the paperwork. They weren’t pushy and even helped us check with a couple of finance companies to find the best rate. I highly recommend Faz if you’re looking to buy a new car.

Just purchased my new car from these guys, great service and very helpful. Frank in the Epping branch even tried his best to get me a cheaper finance deal late at night without trying to rush and push us into anything. I just called to find about a car and asked the sales guy how many owners is it registered too then he replied two I asked him if he was sure since on the advert it said one he was very rudely replying to me saying are you buying the car or buying the owner I replied saying to him it’s my right to know and needed to clarify the confusion he went on rudely saying your buying a used car does it matter how many owners and please don’t waste is his time then when I asked him can I speak to a manager he went on saying he is the owner and cut off my linethis was never expected from a company like this I had called to get info because I was interested on the vehicle this kind of people will ruin business of any company with no clue how to treat any customer who is coming to them.
