This is the first time I have used these grids. A great product which prevents your aggregate from moving. Easy and fast to lay once the ground prep is done. The grids can easily be cut with a handsaw but for speed I used a bandsaw. The packaging was a little flimsy and some boxes had been damaged in transit requiring the carrier to repackage some of my order. There were some grids missing but on contacting IBRAN they immediately sent out replacements.

Great product really impressed.

These grids are first class and a great price (Wickes were £5 each and are inferior). I've made a garden path 30' long for a total outlay of £90 and that is including the chippings. A quote for a concrete path was many hundreds of pounds. I ordered too many but have a patch around a drain that I will use the rest on. Fantastic idea.

Excellent product, and cheapest anywhere

I ordered grids for my log cabin and driveway project. They arrived a day or two late as it had been their annual factory shutdown.
The grids do the job very well, easy to lay and dissemble when needed prior to final positioning.
My only gripe is the packaging they were delivered in. Ibran packaged them in large quantities and the cardboard wasn’t strong enough, causing damage to some in transit.
Fair enough though replacements were sent immediately and without charge.
Would have been five stars but for the damaged packaging.
I expect Ibran to improve the packaging strength for the future.

You would think reading reviews that you would have a good experience. After my experience I would question the number of five star reviews. Ordered over a month ago (44 grids). Received no information on dispatch or delivery. Sent an email after 10 days, it was not answered. Next day parcel turned up unannounced, lucky I was in. Two boxes of 22 grids. Would have been alright if all the grids were the same. 22 grids wrong type, dimensions and do not fit to the others. Emailed, guess what, no answer. Telephoned on a Wednesday and Gavin full of apologies and complete new order would be dispatched Friday, and an arrangement would be made to collect grids I have now. That was two weeks ago. Phoned again, no answer. Emailed, no answer. Still have 44 girds that are unusable. Website quoting 1-7 days delivery, I have been waiting 5 weeks for correct order. Absolute cowboy company, avoid, issues go unresolved and they really could not give a stuff about customers.

Terrible!! Promised a delivery date by Sam, later than usual due to factory shut down.
Closer to delivery date, emailed Sam for a delivery date but no reply. Telephoned Sam a couple days later and order was despatched after I threatened to cancel my order. Short delivered 25 units or 1 box. Raised to Gavin, Ibran sent further grids but the wrong type. Promised a further delivery date by Liam next day, nothing appeared. Telephoned Gavin, promised someone would reply to me but no reply yet. My driveway is unfinished, a hazard for my two young boys. They don’t care, stay clear !!

I first ordered 16 of these grids to use as a base for my garden shed as it worked out the cheapest way. After receiving my grids and laying them I thought they would make a great path aswell so I ordered another 24. Since laying them I have had friends and family complementing how well it looks. My daughter has ordered 24, one friend has ordered 14 and another friend is going to see how many he needs. Ibran grids is a first class product and the service was first class can not fault them in any way.

Gavin at Ibran was excellent. Going through my requirements via email and even suggesting possible alternatives. Although there was a mix up that caused a delay to delivery it was handled really well including a follow up phone call to ensure we had received what we ordered. Highly recommend this company for value, quality and customer service

Easy to order - speedy delivery - great product at around half the price of nearest competitor. VERY easy to use - installation info on website top class too!
