From my point of view, it is easy to install and customise, and modding is extremely easy.
It's great to have a choice on spam filters too, or no spam filter.
And their customer support is fast and friendly!

For my users, it has been a great experience. Moving from one platform to another can be a difficult time as people generally don't like change, but the ease of use of Hyvor for them, with no technical or browser issues to contend with, made it a breeze for them, too.

Hyvor turned out to be an absolute train wreck from start to finish. They promised smooth migration, reliable tools, and seamless publishing—but delivered nothing but frustration and broken promises.

Their so‑called “solutions” were vaporware—lots of talk, zero execution.

Hours lost trying to make their platform do even the basics.

What they sold was a fantasy; what they delivered was dysfunction.

🛑 Reliability? Nonexistent
Tools failed. Workflows collapsed.

Instead of empowering publishing, Hyvor actively sabotaged it.

📞 Support Black Hole
Customer support was either unresponsive or useless.

No accountability, no fixes, no ownership of their failures.

Final Verdict
Hyvor is not a platform—it’s a cautionary tale. They weren’t able to do anything they said they could. If you value your time, sanity, or professional credibility, stay far away.

I have had no problems with Hyvor. In fact, they are the best of its type I have come across. That is why they have been given a 4 Star rating. The 5th Star is given out too often. It should be saved when someone from a company goes out of their way beyond expectations. So far I have not had anything directly to be in need of such customer service. Therefore I will still say that they cannot be beat with what they offer of which they are able to expand for our benefit.

Now we just will wait for someone to use its customer service to see if the individuals running the place are as good as they are for everyone and the person who gets quality customer care service must come out here and give that cherished 5th Star.
