I received my order today and frankly I must say I have been a victim of a bait and switch. What I ordered were beautiful garments with vibrant colors, blouses with embroidery and what I received was nothing but rags. The cloth is nothing more than a cheap print, the design does not resemble what I ordered and the colors are washed out and I am quite sure that what I read about the proceeds partially supporting alzheimer's is more than likely a lie. I am not satisfied at all. I will post everywhere I can think of to be distrusting of your company letting people know that you are not on the up and up and are nothing more than crooks and swindlers.

Bought 15lb hyper vest pro and the stitches came undone within 2 weeks. Received a replacement and after 1 week I noticed holes are forming in the pockets of the vest. The manufacturer Hyperwear claims it is a normal wear and tear. They see no problem advertising their product as built to last. I offer to pay the difference and upgrade my purchase adding $20 to the $309 already paid. The manufacturer ignored the offer and said their warranty is one exchange per product.

Very disappointed. The fabric quality is extremely poor. I have owned the vest for 15 weeks, and the fabric around some of the exterior weight pockets is already threadbare. In several areas, small holes are forming directly beneath the weights.
I purchased the vest for walking my small dog and chose the 10 lb option rather than 15 lb, noting that additional weights can be added by doubling up in the pockets. Despite this light, low-impact use, the vest is failing.
Customer service refused to replace it, claiming the holes are due to “wear and tear” rather than a fabric defect. If the vest cannot withstand 15 weeks of daily walking without developing holes, it is clearly not suitable for the activities they advertise—running, strength training, HIIT—or for the additional weights they claim can be added.
High price does not guarantee quality. Do not waste your money.

I ordered a 15lb weight vest from Hyperwear, and within minutes realized I wanted the 20lb version. I contacted customer support immediately — before business hours even began — to request the upgrade and offered to pay the price difference.

Unfortunately, by the time support responded, they said the order had already shipped and refused to honor the upgrade fee. My only option was to purchase the 5lb weight booster separately at full retail, with international shipping and duties — significantly more expensive than the original upgrade.

I wasn’t asking for anything free — just the same $45 add-on price I would’ve paid during checkout. Despite escalating politely, including a message to the CEO, they stuck to policy and wouldn’t make an exception.

The product might be great, but the customer service experience was disappointingly rigid. I expected more flexibility and goodwill from a brand in this space.
