Made purchase March 30. Said they got my order but no information after repeated requests. The phone number listed is always busy. Said would email when sent. last order was sent right away.
Will contact my credit card company to get refund. Don't order from this company. Now April 17 still no response but they are looking into it and may take one week to get back to me.

Got a voucher to for a recall battery pack. after the check out and payment. I was prompted to pay for shipping which is 93USD. the gift card for the replacement is 169dollar. and because i top up a cable. i paid 10dollar for nothing. The recall is totally a scam.

Support was unhelpful when Fedex lost the packet for 2 weeks and a half. When I finally managed to get it sorted, I got my charger only to realise Hyper had shipped a european AC power cord instead of the expected North American one.

The only way that this company will be held accountable is with a class-action suit, or being shut off by regulators. It's a shop out of China, making faulty products. Their QC would have easily noticed the defects.

This company sells fake and spoilt products to people and they always refuse to refund, I wish I had saw the reviews before purchasing from them.. they are mid day robbers . Don’t buy from them .. the company is not real .. they sold me fake juicy couture tracksuits for huge amount of money and refuse to refund me.. it’s took the whole of 2months before the item arrived. I bought 140W charger recently and received dead on arrival, faulty product. They insist me to send the faulty item back. Problem is the shipping from SG to US would cost me ~$70. I’d rather buy a brand new charger with it. The customer support is horrible and rude too.

Purchased two separate items
Purchased two separate items. Neither HyperDrive GEN2 (with power and without power) would work with multiple displays for me.
Kept having to unplug and plug back in cables.
Changed monitors and cables to other working pc, so I know they were good.
In the end, replaced HyperDrive with something else, and it worked flawlessly.
Not worth the extra money in my humble view.
And making you login to twitter or facebook to leave a review on the hypershop.com web site is a bit sketchy, what's up with that?

After waiting almost 3 weeks on a return status, they then tell me the package they received was empty and I wouldn't get a refund, which was ridiculous. I wish that I had see all of the reviews before purchasing the dual screen port from this site. First, the port was $200 plus shipping. After 2 months of receiving the unit one of the hdmi ports for the stopped working. Therefore, realistically it is a single screen port which I could have paid $30 from BestBuy. I reached out to support and now I am being told that I must pay for shipping back to the warehouse for servicing or replacement. That will be take a week to get there and a week to get back. This is a inconvenience to the customer and for me to have to pay for shipping for a second time because your product failed to after such a short period of time is insane. Do not purchase from this company. You will regret it when you product fails and you are still handing out your money to them. Avoid at all cost. The reviews are true!

Had problems with first version, maybe resolved now though
UPDATED REVIEW: I was one of the first backers of this charger, and I think maybe either my one was dud or the early batches were no good. I bought it for travel, and due to lockdown barely used it. When I tried it this year, the USB-A ports werent working at all, and the USB-C would cut in and out. Also the unit got really hot when plugged in, and my laptop would behave strangely when being charged by it.
Hyper - as seen in their response, after initially telling me to buy a unit, have sent me a new unit. The new one so far is working perfectly with all ports, and gets nowhere near as hot as the first version I got.
So - the company pulled through in the end, and the charger itself, so far is very good.
