Customer service was appalling

Customer service was appalling. Purchased on Monday and paid additional for express post. Not dispatched until Friday, so despite the express post option, delivery still took over a week. Raised the issue with customer service who provided a ridiculous cop out response with no genuine attempt to resolve.

Horrendous customer service.

Order placed in late December, with the promise of dispatch within 5 working days. We are currently 18 days into January, with no sign of a dispatch. When you raise a support ticket on their website, the query gets closed with a vague excuse (but no progress). I then received an email to say one of the two items ordered is out of stock.
I have requested a refund, but going by some of the other reviews on here, I am not holding out much hope in getting anything from them.

The best customer service I've experienced in a long time!

I had a fault with my Normatec Boots where they weren't charging. I emailed in and got a response very quickly, after a couple of problem solving attempts I asked if they could send out a new charger for me to try as that would be the simplest fix. This was met with an immediate yes and the charger arrived a few days later. Alex kept me up to date every step of the way and was extremely helpful.

The best customer service I've experienced in a long time!

Hyperice Go - Beware Return Policy

I purchased a Hyperice Go. After trying the product, I determined it was ineffective and difficult to use. I was surprised to learn that the return policy is to charge me $15 (Roughly 15%) of the purchase price, PLUS requiring me to pay for return by FedEx label. The overall cost to return the item “for a full refund” is not what I expected. My error in not knowing T&C. Bad marketing policy will prevent me from purchasing another Hyperice product. I have Theragun device which is a great product. Not the “GO” ball

Excellent Customer Experience

William customer service representative went above and beyond to resolve multiple issues and kept email contact and update when had return for large width size , incredible Customer Service representative and he needs to train others and management needs to take advantage of his awesome customer skills!! Owned all issues and follow up which made me Tell everyone how great of products and any issues they resolve and follow up!! 5 stars for Representative William!!!

Excellent products

I have a client with lymph problems and nerve damage and he swears by the venom range of products. He finds them very easy to use and very effective. Customer service was great too.

Normatec Boots - Poor Durability

Normatec Boots - Purchased in 2021, used regularly for about 6 months, then didn't start using again until 2023, broke down within a few months. BE AWARE, WILL NOT WORK WHEN BATTERY FAILS, even when plugged in. Warranty is for 2 years, given the price, I expected much much more.

Update 11/4/2026 When I contacted your organisation three years ago, you offered to sell me another unit........ the response is still....... Thanks but no thanks. Won't be throwing good money after bad.

Purchased a X for my knee

Purchased a X for my knee. The product never worked. I reached out to customer service two days after receiving the product. They provided an email as to thing to do to trouble shoot. Did them and the product continued to not work. When I reached out to customer service again, they just sent back the same instructions and became unresponsive to inquiries. When I asked for my money back, because of the delays, they said I was outside the return window and they would not honor a return and did not even offer an exchange. Impossible to get a live human on the phone to discuss problems.

From my perspective, a very disreputable company who does not stand behind defective products.

Marquis and every representative I've had the pleasure of being helped with my concerns.

Marquis was understanding, respectful, knowledgeable, and personable; he stayed with the process from beginning to end giving me regular updates; his regular updates gave me the confidence my concerns were being handled and every representative that I've had the pleasure of helping me who works at Hyper Ice has done the same, however, Marquis is TOP NOTCH!!!

Hyperice is the best!

Bought a top-of-the-line Theragun, which came dead on arrival. Sent it back. Bought two Hyperice massage guns by recommendation of my physical therapist. I’ve had both for eight months now and they work like a dream. Customer service is spectacular. When one of the charging cords to our massage guns wasn’t quite working right. I called customer service and got a human being right away and told them about the problem with the cord and within 60 seconds they wrote up an order to mail me out a new cord right away. Great company!

Still Awaiting Refund

Note, at the time of writing this I still have not received a refund.

I purchased a Hypervolt Pro 2 on the 10th February 2023. While the product was good, it didn't suit my needs, the stall force is pretty low for the price range in my opinion. I opted for a refund which Hyperice guarantees for 30 days. I started the refund process on the 22nd of February. There was some trouble with returns labels, but eventually they arranged for a collection. The item was collected on the 14th of March.
I'm still emailing requesting updates on the refund. I was told in would be in the middle of this current week 27th-31st. Now at the end of the week I'm still emailing to find the status of the refund.
