Such a good experience - several items ordered, lovely unusual scandinavian gift ideas I haven't found elsewhere - very reasonable prices, arrived promptly and safely within timescales (package included delicate glass items), exactly as expected and hoped for, beautifully packaged and even a handwritten personalised note, small extra item and nice recipe card! A lovely online shopping experience, thank you and I'll be back for Christmas ideas!!

I have been ordering from Hyggestyle for a while now and have found them to be an excellent company to deal with. They have sent me the items I've ordered really promptly, the items are as listed and when there has been a problem with supply, which has only happened once, they sorted it out quickly and efficiently, and kept me well informed. I will continue to use them and am happy to promote them to others.

Product arrived quickly and is exactly what I wanted!

Due to not fault of Hyggestyle, the Royal Mail had incorrectly posted my parcel to another address although their tracking service had incorrectly stated a successful delivery. After exhausting all options from my end I made contact with Hyggestyle’s owner Becci who straight away offered full reassurance that she would do her upmost to locate the package and find a resolution regardless of its whereabouts.

To her absolute credit she was able to get in touch with a Royal Mail regional manager who found out the package had been negligently left at a nearby warehouse. The following day a postman came with the correct package which was a welcome surprise.

It is always insightful to see how a company manages customer service when unexpected things occur and in this case they passed with flying colours. It really is evident that Becci really cares about her company and does her upmost that her customers are fully satisfied.

All the items were carefully wrapped within a good solid cardboard box. A small note of thanks shows the personal care that offers the customer reassurance that delicate good are well protected during transportation.

Hyggestyle have a lovely range of selection of goods that can not be easily found in the UK and certainly will shopping there in the future.

I have noticed that the rare negative feedback (x2) on here in fact had all their issues resolved. It is a shame that some people will not try and give the company a chance first rather than providing a knee jerk reaction for things that were out of their control. Keep up the great work!
