I used Hyde Park Cars on May 22nd to get from Bailey's Hotel to Heathrow. It was booked thru the hotel.
The driver was terrible, one of my friends felt ‘sea-sick’ nearly becoming ill, from his erratic driving, swerving left and right plus speeding up then stomping on the brake!! We had many hours to get our plane and did not need to rush, why he drove that way we don’t know. The car was hot & stuffy, there was no air flow and when we ask for a rubbish bin he became upset with us. Would he prefer the rubbish on the floor??

It was one of the worst trips I’ve experienced in years. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

UPDATE: I just read your response. How is it that I complained to the Hotel, who called you and was told that I was assigned a NEW DRIVER?? Your response didn't mention a new driver. Hotel said you offered 20% off next trip for the bad ride. Your reply here doesn't seem to add up to what I was told at the time. How is that??? Maybe because your reply is pure fantasy?

I recently used Hyde Park Cars in London and had a great experience overall. I booked their Use As Directed service and it made the day incredibly easy and stress-free. Masoud was an awesome chauffeur, he was friendly, professional, on time, and he really went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly. The car was spotless and the flexibility of the service was exactly what I needed.

Used Hyde Park Cars for the first time to get to the airport, and I was really impressed. The driver arrived right on time, which was a relief since I was a bit stressed about making the flight. He was friendly without being over the top and helped with my bags without me even having to ask. Everything went smoothly, and I’d definitely consider using them again if I need a reliable ride.

After two other companies completely let me down for an important business flight from Gatwick, Hyde Park Cars stepped in last minute and absolutely saved the day! They were beyond reliable, on time, professional and honestly went above and beyond anything I expected. We hired a wedding car from Hydeparkcars for our wedding day at Kew Gardens, and we couldn't have been happier with the service. The car was beautiful - modern, spotlessly clean, and with a luxurious interior that made us feel truly special. They even provided complimentary drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our driver was calm, patient, and kind, which really helped ease our nerves, especially since we were running late! We felt in very safe hands the whole time. Absolute heroes! I left my wallet in the back seat and as i was running off to catch my flight, my driver chased me down to give it to me! On top of that it was a fantastic and seamless experience!

I was met by Masoud, a wonderfully pleasant and professional driver. Along our journey from London to Somerset, I became very ill. Not only did Mousad stop about 7 times for me to use the facilities (food poisoning is no joke) he was kind enough to drive me to an urgent care and literally waited 1.5 hours with no complaints. Peyman, the owner was incredible gracious and only changed us a small fee for the inconvenience to his driver. I can't wait until my next trip so I can use them again!

Reply: Cherry picking information from this review to script a skewed and inaccurate response is simply dishonourable. For reference, I did call the number to speak with management, but no-one picked up the phone.

I could not finish my sentence on my wish to have a car come 30 minutes after plane landed because agent said ‘don’t worry we know what we are doing”. Was charged an extra 25% over the quoted price because of waiting time.
Had the agent actually let me speak, I would not have incurred the charge. He was unbelievably rude.
I asked to speak to the owner to which he replied (unsurprisingly) ‘he’s out of the country ‘for one or two weeks’
