Google should not have website like this stealing people money

It’s been a month and I have not received items that were intended for my mother who suffers from alopecia. I reached out to them numerous times and no respond. Do not order from them.

After waiting 2 months to receive my buy 1 get one free wigs. They not only arrived in a different color! They look nothing like the picture! Also, the email address they left on the thank you post card is invalid! I have no way to return this crap!

THIS IS THE WORST WIGS I HAVE EVER SEEN! IT TOKE 7 WEEKS FOR THIS MESS TO ARRIVE? AND I HAVE BEEN EMAILING BACK AND FORTH WITH SOMEONE IN CHINA??? ABOUT THESE HORRRIFC WIGS, POORLY MADE, CLOSURE ARE ABSOLUTELY JUST RIGHT DOWN UGLY! AND I ASKED 5 TIMES TO RETURN AND RECEIVE MY MONIES AND I WAS GIVEN A CHINA ADDRESS. IF I WHERE TO SEND THEM BACK IT WOULD COST MORE THAN THE WIGS

I got my wig a month later, n it was frizzy, 2 different kinds of hair n no LaceFront at all I wish I could give they was ass an 0 mfs!

This is a scam. Do not buy wig from this company. I saw the advert on Instagram and liked it including the fact that it was buy one get one free. I paid $59.99 plus postage with the understanding that it was coming from US. When it finally arrived and I looked at it...it was a synthetic wig and nothing near the advert on Instagram. I went back to Instagram and saw various advert of the same wigs but company name was different. I email the company using the email address on my order. I was offered 20% off which I rejected and informed them that I want a refund. They replied in a badly worded grammar and told me that they are happy to refund the money after they have received the wigs and that I have to bear the cost of sending the wigs back, a China address was given to me.
This company needs to be stopped and no one should buy any wig advertised on Instagram or Facebook...it is a scam, not worth £5 let alone £50

took more than a month to get the products i was ok with that considering the was things are right now,but it wasent even close to being the style my wife ordered, and i mean not even close. Pretty sure i will get the runaround about a refund, lesson learned.

Negative to the Nth degree!!!Crooks and Thieves! I never received my product and only ordered because I read good reviews. Perhaps, those were from the folks at hwinstore. I've sent an email but have not received a reply. Well, I encourage everyone who has been "scammed" by this illegitimate business to file a report with the following agencies, as I have. FTC 1-877-382-4357, Report International Scammers to Econsumer.gov and to internet crime complaint center IC3. You are only a victim if you allow them to take advantage of you and steal your money.

I really didn't want to give them any star. I receive the wigs they were nothing like I ordered its all a scam no lace front not even the ones I ordered the hair started falling out when i brushed it and I hadn't even worn. This is a lesson learned for me. before I order anything else I will make sure to check the reviews first.

I give this company No Stars... hwinstore is a scam. They need to be taken down off websites. It’s been almost 2months & still nothing. They have a stupid computer that shoot out the same message. Then they change it up if you keep emailing them. They don’t have no contact number just a bogus email they set up. They need to be reported, shut down & should refund people their money. Please somebody find a way to report this company. They need to be stopped ASAP

I feel like an idiot!! I didn't read reviews before ordering. And I normally do. I ordered 2 what I thought was beautiful pieces, I was so excited because of the quality, the colors, the everything about these 2 pieces. I ordered them around the first week of April, never received them until the 3rd week of May. I understood that that was not a problem. But to have waited a month and a half and then get this crap PISSES ME OFF. As soon as I got them and opened, first off it want what I ordered, there was no lace-front anywhere. I emailed the company INSTANTLLY. and got this BULLCRAP

After going back and forth with these clowns and sending pictures of what I ordered and what they actually sent me. These clowns offered me a belittled 20percent refund. At first I wouldn't accept, but I continue to email just so I could get a good paper trail to have documentation..... I knew it was some BULL when they said 20percent discount and keep the hair... Who the hell want this crap...
This COMPANY is horrible. They kept trying to MAKE me accept this 20percent discount, I kept asking them "If I accept the refund , how long to expect it?" They kept trying to make me say "I ACCEPT THE REFUND" Laurie

ME. If I decided on the offer you are offering me, when will I receive my refund? I must say I wish I had read reviews before ordering, I will be writing a review about my dissatisfaction of your product, and refund, return procedures.. I am very upset to know that your company doesn't do all you can to make your customers a whole when the company has deceived them.

NO STARS!!!!!!!! Major SCAM!!!! Never recieved anything I ordered. And by what I see on here I probably dont want them anyway. I dont know why people want to take advantage of people and take their hard earned money for a piece of crap or nothing at all. I guess lesson learned. If I could give it no stars I would. First, the video and pictures are lies. I don’t know whose wigs the models are wearing but it’s definitely not these. I was excited...48 and never wore a wig before but I wanted to give my hair a break... what came in the mail after a two month wait looked like something from an Walmart Halloween costume. The versatile part does not exist and it is no where near a lace front. I wanted to wear this for a trip in December... the only trip will be to the trash. Had I read these helpful reviews first I never would have spent my hard hard earned money on this.

All I can say to anyone who are considering spending one red cent with these thieves don't. Please take my word for it this is the worse piece of s**t I've ever seen. The wigs had absolutely nothibg to do with the pictures advertised. Before I could pout the thing inn my head it started shedding hair was everywhere. The cap was horrible the entire thing was just that a thing. I don't know if anyone out there has ever seen Dante Inferno these idoits would be first on the list of it's inhabitants. Hell is too good for them. Its a good thing they do hide behind there web site because if they showed their faces I'm pretty sure it would be their last time showing it because of how they've stolen money from innocent people. I cried when i put on obe of those monstrosities, I looked worse than Aunt Ester on Redd Foxx show, actually she could have won a beauty contest if you compared to two of us. Again don't waste your time. Som way I'm going to get this site shut down I need your help all of you who've lost their money to these asswholes.

I wish I could leave less than a 1 star. It took over a month to get a confirmation and tracking number and that only after I emailed them. Then I Received the worst wigs I have ever seen, poor construction and material.
Please dont waste your money here.

I don't even know how this place can even be legal.. I claimed fraud with PayPal and my bank and these mf's robbed me!
My bank could not get my money back even after doing in investigation I am glad I only spent $68.00 on their scam of buy one wig and get a second for $10 we will see if I even get anything..how can they do these commercials all over FACEBOOK!!!!??????? And not get caught on their scam!!! I realized something was wrong after I made the purchase because you can not sign into their website to track your order, there are absolutely NO REVIEWS !! And they tell you they send. A tracking number and it is a LIE!!!
They send you an order number via email and will also hack your email ..change your passwords too!! Be careful these are some BIG THIEVES!!!
