I placed my order (#46456) on September 8, 2026, but I still haven't received my parcel. The status on the website is stuck at "Processing" for days. I tried reaching out to them, but there has been no reply or update regarding my shipment. Extremely disappointed with their poor communication and slow service.

This tea is amazing
This tea is amazing, I had traditional medicinals Spearmint tea in US and this brand's Spearmint is at par with it, I have tried Spearmint tea from 3 other brands and none of them comes close to this one when it comes to quality!!

I loved their spearmint and thymea tea but for olive leaf tea i felt that it was stale or maybe expired but i think i need to brew it longer i guess; overall, i like their quality.

i've been broken out in cysts pustules and white head all my entire jawline for about some 4 years now,i tried several medications that didn't help but wow spearminte tea is awesome, i've become a full believer in spearmint tea now for hormonal acne!
excellent packaging and arrived at perfect time will surely order more teas from hunza

Bad quality it's not spearmint tea it's regular dry podina leaves first of all the delivery time is pathetic after 12 days of order I receive my parcel before ordering this i used nature's store spearmint tea which is best this one is totally fake don't buy please waste of money and time. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, though we would like to give a full account of what happened so future customers have the complete picture.
Your order was placed on 26th May, and we sent a WhatsApp message the same day requesting confirmation. We did not receive a response, so we followed up again on 28th May as a reminder (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ZGMUdBiUeU2V ). The order was only confirmed after this second message.
As we had communicated to all customers ahead of Eid, delivery timelines during this period could take up to 8 days due to the eid holidays. Your order was delivered within 8 days of confirmation, well within that window. We understand waiting for an order can be frustrating, but we were disappointed to be told "shame on you" over a delay that did not actually occur on our end.
On the quality concern, we take this seriously. Our spearmint leaves are wild harvested and hand dried without any chemical processing, so slight natural variation in leaf appearance is normal, but rotten or dirty leaves are not something we want any customer to receive. We would like to make this right. Please reach out to us directly on WhatsApp with a photo of the batch you received so we can investigate and send a replacement.
However based on your message "Shame on You" on Eid day, the above comment seems to be exaggerated in anger.

The tea were good. But the berries were not dried properly. They have moisture in it. The fruit mixture was not of that quality.
