I’d give them less then one star if possible, do not give this company your money, I’m currently waiting on a crossbow coming that was ordered and supposed to be here nearly 2 months ago, there is no number and if u do manage to make contact and get a reply, expect the most unprofessional sarcastic responses I’ve ever heard, no tracking is supplied and they mustn’t stock the items listed as my order was split in to two my machetes came and where of good quality but my compound crossbow nearly £400 has never arrived and I’ve had no reply since messaging them back about this, I personally wouldn’t order again I’m also waiting on a refund for items that hadn’t been dispatched nearly 2 weeks later, advertise good products but everything else about it so far feels like nothing more then a catfish haha, seriously don’t send them money use a reliable company that will send you your paid for products, I’ll amend/update my review if and when my crossbow arrives and my refund hits my bank account, personally I’d avoid these in future

These people are borderline crooks.and dishonest.
Goods delayed, no tracking info given; and when Goods go missing they will not help, and threaten to dispute any means one might follow to get a refund or even a credit note.
NO SURPRISE THEY WONT TAKE PAYPAL: THEY KNOW THEYD GET TOO MANY STOPS ON THEIR ACCOUNT.
Nasty, unprofessional, and useless.
Avoid- there are better firms without wasting your time with this lot.

First purchase from these guys, crossbow arrived on time (when preppershop has failed to deliver the same bow with two weeks extra difference between them!) Can't fault the bow or the customer service so very happy, just waiting on the airgun as it's coming from their Spanish side, fingers crossed but otherwise very happy with them!

Hi everyone, I ordered from Hunters my Down Under Outback Eclipse Bowie and straight after I received confirmation of my order , all my questions were answered quick and clearly, after that I confirm my age and end of the week my package was on the way to UK. Mr. Pedro send me msg and confirm that, on Monday I receive message from Parcel Force which provided tracking number and I could clearly see where my order is and even if right now the Corona virus slow everything down end of the week I had my package delivered. I read some reviews after my purchase was a day late and I had some concerns. However I contacted customer services where they were very polite, and fixed the situation quickly and professionally. I honestly couldn't be happier and will be ret1urning as a customer.1

They are a reliable company and their customer service is excellent.

Absolutely appalling company! I ordered/payed for an item on the 17th of October, a week later they said they didn’t have it and now two months later they still haven’t refunded me! Avoid these thieves!!

Pedro in sales has been of great assistance throughout my purchase experience. Communication was excellent, I have read earlier reviews and whatever problems people have experienced previously the company have clearly listened and acted on these. A first class service from start to finish and a first class product too. Very highly recommended.

I placed my order 21 Nov. My order number is 7100014275. To this date I haven't received a confirmation email or any status update but of course the money was withdrawn from my account straight away. None of the phone numbers work, neither the one for Spain, nor the one for Oldham. I also sent an email to one of the addresses provided on your website on 26 Nov and I have not received a response. Given mine is not the only review like this, how do you think that this is acceptable service? What you're doing is illegal because you are actually in breach of your own terms and conditions. I expect somebody to look into resolving this ASAP and contact me.

Since my last Email to Hunters Knives 3 weeks ago, I still have heard nothing about the Knife I ordered, As quite obviously they do not have the knife i ordered in August , I asked for my money back, and have heard nothing !! I have written to them again today, giving them notice, that if I do not hear from them in the next 7 days, the matter will be reported to Action Fraud .

The company have as stated refunded the majority of the costs - I am a few pounds out of pocket due to bank charges etc. They have also apologised for the mistakes that were made during the transaction.

Obviously the company has issues but I retract the statement of them being scammers and thieves.

If the refund is received as indicated I will gladly edit my review and inform the unit I have reported it to.

I have learned a very valuable lesson from dealing with this 'company' never trust a slick looking website - always look for reviews. Like many I ordered a knife early October - they took payment immediately and then - nothing! I chased with email after email finally getting a response that it had been a holiday in Spain and I would have the knife in 10 days - like many others who were waiting patiently nothing arrived! So contacted them again and again to be offered a free up grade or cancellation - I chose to have a refund with a promise of it will be with you soon after two weeks I decided that enough was enough and if I didn't receive the monies in my bank I would report the issue as cybercrime/internet fraud and let the police in the UK deal with the matter -

Cannot wait for my Spartan style Xiphos-ish machete and other items, will report back and give rating when they arrive and have had the chance to judge build quality.

Update, the items came on the 23rd and I have to say they are excellent and a great price. I have thus upgraded the score to reflect this to 5 out of 5 stars.

I have seen a lot of negative comments, but i can genuinely say that my experience of making the purchase and the service received was very good. I had some initial concerns hence 4 stars as opposed to 5, and i will highlight those hear to help other people gain confidence in making a purchase. So, points of concern, the link to the contact page does not seem to work, the Oldham (UK) distribution contact phone number does not work (I think this stems from some negative press that goes back to previous knife sales promotions, and the overly panicking UK press causing a lot of problems hyping up hysteria), so i can see why the phone number etc., is currently hard to obtain. Anyway, back to the purchase, i made my initial purchase on the 5th October, noticed the bank transaction was about 3 days later and was in EU's to the Spain based shop. I was concerned about tracking the package and Pedro and eventually Jorge were very helpful and reassured me that everything was o.k, and kindly gave me some tracking information (Which is not normally given due to security of the package). I have received my package this morning 17th October, all fine, no problems. I think that maybe the website could have some updates applied to it that would help people to understand why there could be delays in the processing and dispatch times. Over all though i am happy with my purchase and feel confident about making future purchases and would recommend the company to other people, with the above points made clear to them.

I recently purchased some outdoor equipment from hunters knives, after spending a few hours looking around for a good deal. The hunters knives website was slick and they had the best selection I could find - a great experience

Ordered a Kershaw from the website on a Saturday night and it arrived the following week. Delighted with knife and service, the communication from Pedro Ramos was excellent.
