Great Service
Delivery was prompt. Hamilton to mid Canterbury, rural delivery, so always slightly longer than normal, but there were no delays. Computer met my expectations, probably more so, it is fast, I am impressed with the free software installed, no need for the annual expense of renewal, I have yet to finish setting it all up. The surprise of your gift of a flash drive was appreciated and the extra sweet surprise of my favourite jelly aeroplanes! Thanks hungryPC.

I had the team check in to your order and can see you purchased a laptop that was from our discounted A- Grade range which had "Mild cosmetic wear or blemishes from previous use" written in the product description as small cosmetics may be present on the devices purchased in this range. We pride ourselves in having some of the most transparent grading procedures in NZ and are constantly working to improve, you can find the condition listed in the Title and the initial Product Description area right alongside the product photos. As stated on our website our A- Grade range offers units that are in perfect working condition, and offered at a discounted price as they may have more visible cosmetic blemishes, or overall slightly more wear and tear from previous use. These often small imperfections are purely cosmetic and do not effect their use, they are still fantastic devices, and offer a cheaper alternative to our higher graded units. Whilst a small ding may be present, we can see from our audit report and photos that the machine is overall in fantastic condition and is guaranteed to be working well, we hope you enjoy it but in any case feel free to send photos to our team via email so we can investigate and ensure your machine was graded and priced accordingly :)

Loving the new refurbished laptop 1 month in. Soooo much faster than my old one. Did google how to get hibernate mode on it and now it's perfect. Now that I've got hibernate mode back the battery lasts very well. Packaged great, arrived very fast! Appreciate the bonus usb. Def recommend HungryPC.

Hibernate can definitely make a huge difference for keeping the battery going strong, you can also look at some of the power saving features in the taskbar such as the energy saver modes if you need even longer battery life.
