My standard poodle scratches his neck raw when he has it on too long. I never really noticed it because he only wears it when we leave the house. Maybe a few hours. On the few times I left it on longer after we got back home, he was red and raw.

So I tested. I left another leather collar on for a day or so. He did not have a problem.

I reached out to Hund about 6 months after my purchase understanding my 30 days after purchase had already passed. I wasn't asking for a refund; I asked for an exchange perhaps. NOT A WORD.

Yes, I understand my buddy was purchased, but he was a very expensive initial addition to my family now has a very red and obviously mark on his neck from a Hund collar!

I bought 2 leashes over $75 each with matching collars. Both leashes are defected and come loose from collar when any pulling is applied. I sent over 4 emails over 2 months have gotten no reply.
I’m just going to have to eat the loss because the leashes are useless. I could have gotten better quality and customer service from the dumpster behind a PetSmart . Stay away save your money and your stress. Garbage company.

Scammed out of of over $200. Ordered a harness April 18, Arrived late May, incorrect size. HUND said if I sent it back at my expense they would send me a replacement at their expense. I sent it back, provided all documentation. It arrived to them on June 20th. They told me I would be receiving a replacement within 2 weeks. I have followed up repeatedly and received no response. I am now out the cost of the harness, duty paid, and the cost of shipping. Avoid this company at all costs.

I placed a large order for my two dogs on May 20th, and the tracking number has not moved since May 20th. I've sent multiple emails to your email address, including the number listed, and no one picks up. On May 30th, I received an email response that someone would get back to me on Monday while they looked into where my order is, and they never responded to my emails yesterday or today. No one picks up the phone number listed. I'd like a refund, as I am not sure this company is legitimate.

I made my order online on December 15, 2025. The company processed my credit card payment on December 17, 2025. I got a pre shipment notification from the Company and USPS on December 18, 2025. The order remains unshipped as of December 24, 2025. I have contacted the Company 5 times during this time frame via email. I have not received a reply.
I do not recommend this Company. Poor Service is all you get.
