My L200 recently went in to Humphries and Parks to have the leaf springs replaced, the service and customer care as well as the quality of their mechanics were above 5 stars! The price I was quoted was more than competitive and that was exactly what I paid! No hidden extra's or last minute add on’s just good old fashioned honesty, I cannot recommend them enough, way beyond first class! Thanks again to everyone at Humphries and Parks

I bought a Suzuki Jimny from this dealerships, the service I received was first class, Josh Shaw kept me up to date with my purchase from start to finish and the handover was excellent. I highly recommend this dealer.

Beware the disappearing salesman after you leave a £99 fully refundable holding deposit. It's strange how a car salesman's personality changes like a light switch if you don't buy their car. From polite, helpful, do anything they can, to a petulant child, sulking, ignoring phone calls, somehow always busy, in a meeting with another customer, or on a day off when you try to call. No one could find 5 minutes to call me back. Makes you thank your stars that you didn't buy the car. A real lucky escape. Told me to leave a holding deposit, it's really simple and fully refundable, no problem. Then he disappears from the face of the earth. Update 22/03/24: The deposit did get paid back into my account on 19/03/24, but the salesman never called me back although his manager did after I left this review .

Sam and the team are just amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would! Sam took the time to source me a car and took into account all my requests.. No question is ever silly and the car is everything I could have wished for a more. The service really is premium and the customers are the priority. Humphries and Parks are so genuine and they have your best interests at heart. Would recommend to anyone who’s wanting a reliable car. The attention to detail is unbelievable and the car even comes with two free services which is so generous! Can’t thank you enough.

Purchased an Audi Q2, salesman was Bradley, the whole experience was very professional from start to finish, I would definitely recommend them and would buy again from the garage.

Avoid this dealership. I reserved a vehicle (Outlander) and booked a RAC pre-purchase inspection which discovered that the vehicle had been involved in a road traffic accident and the repairs were not in line with industry standards. The dealership does not conform to the Code of Practice for Vehicle Sales which specifies a requirement that the the vehicle ought to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described at the point of sale.

In addition, Sam promised to reduce the price of another vehicle by the value of the inspection but when I chose a vehicle, he retracted the offer. Clear case of misrepresenting the vehicle and engaging in misleading advertising and sales.

Great service from Richard. As we live some distance away the initial contact was by phone, very helpful conversation meant we visited asap to see the vehicle which interested us. Vehicle was as described and we felt the distance travelled to be worth the effort. Richard was easy to deal with and extremely helpful on a couple of 'outside purchase' queries, any direct issues we had with the car were dealt with without demur. One minor gripe - customer parking is non-existent, and a carpark with an area where we could have taken a breather before setting off for home at the end of a long day would have been icing on our cake.

Dealt with Richard, who was fantastic and was fair when sorting out the part exchange, he was prompt in getting back to me with any updates, he delivered a first class service.

Myself(Sathish) and my friend(Raj) went to Humphries and Parks last week. I really love the customer service. Great service by Richard Stockwell, Sales Executive. He is so calm, patience and gave us a detailed explanation about the vehicle and took us to the test drive. Great experience. Unfortunately not able to buy the vehicle due to financial stability. But love to visit in future.

Fantastic help from our initial enquiry to purchasing a new car from Josh.
He went above and beyond in explaining all the aspects of finance and indeed arranged for us to view an example of the car we purchased.
He was the deciding factor in our purchase and feel confident in the company and its customer support post purchase.

If you want the best service bar none speak to Sam Kingsland-Joy, On collection of my pre-owned vehicle it became apparent that a couple of items were missing that we assume had been kept by one of the pervious owners. Sam ordered up the items without any quibble whatsoever, and emailed me to keep me up to date with the order progress. Thats a perfect service, recommended
