Do not sign up for their "subscription service" where it is automatically delivered (and payment automatically deducted from your bank account). When I went to cancel my subscription, even after I went through their cancellation process they kept sending the product and deducting from my bank account. I had to keep sending back the product to get a refund. Candidly, I'll admit they make a decent product, however, the customer service side is very poor.

They will charge for premium international shipping but use the cheap stuff. Your package will sit in customs for weeks. It would be faster to plant and harvest my own beets.

Humann is a scam...if you want to buy one...you cannot get to your cart just for one...somehow after entering your payment....you will have bought 2
If you call them...they will promise you a return label...but you never get it..

I purchased several containers and I let 2 of them sit on my shelf, when opening a third container it was a big blob and actually the spoons were melted in the container. I called and they basically said it was not there problem and I offered to return them and they said not to bother because it’s been a year and they won’t do anything. Such a shame to customer service . I would never support a company who would not replace a defective product. Infect when I bought them I said I would keep some in Florida and some back home. They told me to keep them in the freezer and it would extend the shelf life. Not so..You would figure all the money they make, replacing 2 containers would be a courtesy. I would not use this product again. Buyer beware they don’t stand behind their products .

I saw the ads, ordered some for my mother and she loved them. I ordered 3 more bags for her for Christmas. USPS dropped the ball. HumanN, at first, did not help, but they stepped up and resolved the issue. Thank you.

Company canceled 3 subscription orders for Heart Chews by labeling as fraudulent. Requested the company remove my personal information after less than knowledgeable customer support staff handed me to a supervisor who was obviously not read in to the situation.

You get an online account there is no way to delete it!!!!!
They will NOT allow you to delete your Credit Card either!!!!!!
On their invoice if you order 6 of their products in the quantity, they put 1. (as in my case)
Overall, very unprofessional company. Bordering on theft. Very strong statement, but if the preverbal shoe fits.
Do not fall for their slick hype... it is not worth it. Was not in my case.

They can not be reached and keep sending and charging me for products. I've emailed and called over a week ago and still no response.

Tried to order Super Beets powder using a texted c9ode for 15% off. The code was not valid, no matter how I tried to enter it. So, I won't be buying Super Beets, stopped all texts to my phone, and unsubscribed my email. Just buy a bottle of Niacinamide instead, people. You get the same affect on blood pressure. Date of experience 04.07.23. I was unable to have the correct date appear below. Tried to fix 3 times! Not happy.

What happened to me was UNBELIEVABLE...after placing a couple of order with Humann and deciding that I like their products, I placed a subscription order...that's where the problem began...they sent a sale advertisement for their "VIP" customers and I ordered some 2 for 1 products...then I received the email that my order was considered fraudulent, they suspected me of re-sellin their product and they froze my account...I emailed a response, responding that I was just a regular customer and, oh by the way, THEY had mailed me the sale advertisement for the following-up purchase...very insulting, lack of follow-through in contacting me with a scheduled phone call...who needs this at their prices? I can buy Super Beet chews under a different name for a third of the price at Walmart!

Over-Priced, Expensive Packaging ("Gift Wrapped" Gummies? 30 tablets in a bottle that could hold 4 to 5 times that many tablets!), LOTS OF HIDDEN SUGAR! Failure of Response from HumanN Customer Service about these concerns!

I've made multiple purchases of Humann Super beets in the past couple of years. After taking 6 months off of training I decided to start using the product again. To my disappointment, I found the all three container had turned into a solid clump. When I asked customer service for a replacement I was told that the product only has a 90 day guarantee. Only a 90 day guarantee on a 6 month supply??? I also noted that the expiration date was still ok on the bottom of the container. Thumbs down for standing behind your product.

Thank you all, your product is lifesaving. I have to "apollogize" for the mob sob men in black that compromized my 1st package. They are actually black darksiders likely spying on your lovely employees!! My orders were taken care of & I will be back for business.
