This company might be taking your orders and charging your credit card but it was "dissolved" on September 13, 2022 (according to the UK government's official .gov. .uk website, find and update information services )
This company took my money and didn't contact me or deliver my product. Ordered a Moulton tool bag on August 1. Emailed them 2 times, left message on the chat line on their website, called a guy named John twice. The last time I talked to him he said he will call Moulton and email me. It has been two weeks and I am still waiting for my email. If you are reading this Human Cycle, can you issue a refund or send me my order? I hope you are reading this John.
Update:
Third call to John September 27. Claimed he talked to Moulton and they will send out order. I asked for a refund. He said he has to do it "manually." I asked him to email me once the refund is processed, he said he will.
Fourth call to John September 29: Claimed Moulton told him order will be sent out today (not holding my breath). I asked him for a refund. He said he's sorry that he didn't email me despite repeated promises because of a "death in the family." I asked for his email and he gave it. Emailed him. No reply so far.
Ordered August 1. Still waiting for refund.

I am angry that I asked for cancellation of the order but responded without responding
As a result of checking the cancellation of the order in the policy of the human cycle site, I am just going to fulfill the order and receive the bicycle after looking at the 15% terms and conditions when I cancel it.

I am running an online shop for high-end brand products in Korea.
This is my first order with the intention of purchasing your products here and selling them together. It made me angry that I couldn't do it again even if I ordered it wrong.

I have my doubts and l am right ! Again they lieing about communicating to myself to a delay for my item and shipping issues. Numerous emails lve sent and can prove it but no replies to where my item is. So guess what no refund after 24 hours and l’m take this matter to SMALL CLAIMS COURT and also informing my credit card provider !😡😤

Great comms - tiny technical glitch was dealt with promptly and professionally by a real human being on the end of a telephone and my order then arrived in good time. Very pleased with the quality of my poncho and all-round service from Human Cycle.

Some hiccups in the beginning when ask to review the order which did not came. Contact them through email got a quick reply. Finally my order came with a bit delay. Great products , love it.

Nothing to say about the product except that it performs perfectly (People's Poncho in red) and that I am very happy that I have bought it via this website.
Shipping took a bit a time because of Covid and the fact I do not live in the UK, but the parcel was perfectly protected and arrived safe.
I reached out to the owner of the Hymancycle website a few months ago because the raining season was there and I needed a rainponcho for when I am cycling.
I asked if they offered student discounts and the owner said he never thought about it but he nicely offered either :
10% on the total of my order or free shipping (towards France where I live)
I was blown away by how reactive he and his team were via the chat put in place on the website, making communication between the seller and the buyer very easy. I could ask my questions about my article, shipping, and the possibility of getting a student discount there, and the answer everytime came within a minute.

Just a quick note to Thank Humancycle and to share my shopping experience with all the potential customers. I bought the Closca helmet which I received on time and exactly like I wanted (color, size, etc.). On top of that I found in the box a practical, stylish and useful water bottle as a gift. Congratulations then to this wonderful customer service that, even in a critical time like the one we are experiencing, finds the way to stand out from others.
I have been a cyclist for many years, and still cycle over a hundred miles a week.
I purchased a Brompton bike in order to convert it to an electric assist, just to use for commuting and going to town.
After spending a long time looking for the right conversion kit, I came across the Zehus all in one hub, supplied by Human Cycles.
Wow what a fantastic kit, you get a replacement rear triangle, complete rear wheel with the Zehus all in one hub laced ready, and a handlebar remote.
Everything is ready for use, and they can even convert your bike for you too!.
The Zehus all in one hub is just a masterpiece, everything is inside it, the motor, the batteries and the controller.
It only adds a few kilos to your bike, but the no unsightly battery bag or cables to get caught on.
Using it is so easy, either start the app on your phone, or simply start riding, pedal backwards three times to switch on the system.
Unlike many other electric conversion kits this one also has KERS, (regenerative braking), simply pedal backwards to engage, it's just like squeezing the brakes on without touching the levers.
Finally, an all in one system that works, looks slick and no wires or batteries to worry about.
Brilliant!.
