Your subscription has now been cancelled, there will be no further charges, and a full refund has been processed for the charges made after your trial period.

Hi, Oskar,

We’re very sorry for the frustration caused when you tried to cancel your subscription.

After reviewing your case, we can confirm that our support team responded to your cancellation request on the very same day it was received and cancelled your subscription on April 15. You will not be charged moving forward, and you will continue to have access until the end of your seven-day trial period.

We understand that the cancellation page not loading properly created a poor experience, and we’re currently investigating the issue to make sure it does not happen again.

If you did not see our reply at the time, it may have landed in your spam or promotions folder.
