Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry for the delay in delivering your order and the delayed response to your chat as we were investigating your and others delayed delivery.
Unfortunately, a small number of parcels posted on the same day experienced unexpected delays due to an issue at our local post office. We were only made aware of this after hearing from affected customers and immediately followed up with the post office to investigate.
As a small business, we’re guided by Royal Mail’s policy that allows us to claim a lost parcel only after 14 working days have passed. That’s why I kindly asked you to wait a little longer. However, I completely understand how frustrating this experience has been for you, and I genuinely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
I’ve now received assurance from the post office that your order is still on its way, and I’ll continue to monitor it closely until it reaches you.
Thank you again for your patience and support.
Haven’t received the print
Haven’t received the print , bought on the 22nd as a birthday gift , tracked the parcel after 6 days which states ‘ fulfilled ‘ , spent nearly 20 minutes on the email chat , to be send a screenshot of the ‘ fulfilled ‘ tracking details , I explained that I’d not received it , then to be told I hadn’t to wait another 7 days before they will acknowledge the parcel missing . Birthday has come and gone but 8 days later , no sign of the print ! Won’t be ordering again .
