Hudway has stopped responding to my emails. Their last communication clearly states a refund to my PayPal will be issued. Waiting on 3 months now.

I've just passed the 4 year anniversary of not receiving my product. Even though they claim that batch after batch is being shipped in their monthly newsletter.

When I ask about my order, I do hear from them. They are telling me to wait. That has been going on for 4 years!
Last summer when I told I wanted to cancel/change my order. No response.

The radio silence of customer service and updates disappeared a months ago. No product after a year after they said will be shipped out Q3 this year, The nail in the coffin is even the app to even run this thing is MIA now. Cant use it even if you just got it. The worst part, too late for dispute and reaching out to someone is like talking to a wall. Hundreds of dollars poof.

If I could give a zero I would. This is a complete scam. They take money with promises of delivering something. The deliveries never happened and after a certain period of time, they stop responding to emails. They wait and just locked enough so that you cannot go back and reverse the charge on the credit card that was used to affect the purchase.

Ordered in October 2024 and I haven't received anything. Nothing but excuses about delays and replacements but it all seems like a huge scam.

If by some miracle I do receive my item, then I'll remove this review but if not, avoid this trash service.

I did get the product waiting about a year but seriously... This screen will wobble like if there is an earthquake even in idle rpm... I am a car mechanic and my car has no issues. you will feel sick watching the screen vibrating in your car unless you own an electric vehicle. Just buy one of Swedish B*R hud. They are all vehicle specific.

I ordered my dashboard display back in March 2024 and still getting emails about delays. I got frustrated in August of 2025 and asked for a refund, they stopped responding. They’ll happily separate you from your money and in return just excuses. It’s a scam.

This company just can't deliver the product they advertised. Always delays, defects. They invested all their resources on marketing but coudn't get their produc to work properly. It's been 4 months that i'm waiting for my refund, customer service has gone silent. This is a good life lesson.

I am not sure, that this company still exist.

I bought a HUD, from them, one year ago.
I still haven't received my device.

The company no longer responds, when I try to contact them.

I ordered a Hudway Drive for Tesla back in Jan 2022. Numerous delays whenever I enquired .. COVID, supply chain, etc. 3+ years in and still no product received. It's a small company and I get the difficulty but at least try to fulfill your earlier orders before taking more orders. I see their website is still accepting orders (for which they are unable to fulfill) .. that's just criminal at this point.

Hudway Support (ie. Maria Borisova, Polly Rusinova, etc) used to respond to my enquiries on ETAs (mostly false promises since nothing shipped) but now that I've formally submitted a refund request, I've been completed ghosted.

Not holding out too much hope to see the refund or the product. Just hoping potential buyers see this (and looks like a tonne of other similar reviews) to avoid falling for their scam.

Pre-ordered back in November 2023 and was subject to the never ending delays. Finally requested a refund in September of 2024 and was told it would take 6 months to issue a refund, as well as a paypal email even though the original payment method was a direct visa card. It's now well past 6 month mark and their customer service department ignores all my emails for a request for refund. And of course it's too late to request a charge back on my credit card.

I would avoid this company at all costs.

Hudway Drive – A Total Scam, Still Waiting After 10 Months

I ordered a HUD device from Hudway in May 2024, and nearly a year later, I’ve got nothing but excuses and empty promises. It’s March 12, 2025, and my order still hasn’t arrived. Customer service has been a complete joke—every time I reach out, they blame “delays” with no real updates or accountability. I requested a full refund in early 2025 after losing patience, and instead of processing it, they claimed they’d ship a “ready-made” unit by the end of February as compensation. Surprise, surprise—that didn’t happen either.

I followed up with two emails in March, and now they’ve gone radio silent. No reply, no refund, no device. This isn’t just bad service; it feels like a straight-up scam. I sunk money into this expecting a functional driving tool, but all I got was frustration and a lighter wallet. Avoid Hudway at all costs—don’t waste your time or money on a company that can’t deliver, literally or figuratively.

I was looking for a HUD and researched Hudway in 2021 and decided they weren't ready. I mentioned looking for a HUD and unbeknownst to me my daughter decided to buy this product for me in 2022 for Christmas. Delay after delay, emails promising the product was shipping soon, in 2024, my HUD finally showed up. Vaporware may have been better. What a disappointment. The software is buggy and many features don't work. Maybe this can be fixed with software updates but I'm not holding my breath for that

Absolute garbage company!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Ordered and waited months after sending multiple emails asking for an eta was told 6 months due to manufacture issues. I asked for a refund and was given an excuse that they had no money and had to wait over 4 months to see anything.

Well 4 months later and still nothing and now no response at all from the company and they have set up the community post page so that you cannot leave negative feedback for others to see! Dont buy anything off these scamming pieces of shit.

Bloody useless.

Yes this is a scam. They charge your card when you order and never ship. When I ordered in spring of 2024 the shipment date was supposed to be October. When I contacted them in October there was a lot of double talk about delays and excuses about funding. You can tell from the way the emails are written that they don’t want to give real answers or ship dates. I’ll dispute this on my credit card. If you have preordered I suggest you dispute the charge before it is too late. You are not going to get a product.

Ordered a device 18 months ago, got delayed repeatedly, got moved to different batches, ultimately asked for a refund and 4 months later still nothing. They dont even respond to the tickets anymore, this is a scam.

My order has been in the process for some 3 years with what looks to be no possibility of refund although I have made multiple requests. I was given an explanation that their korean investors went bankrupt so it would be some time before I get a refund, after the 3 years it almost seems like a fever dream.
My ticket number is 80161, and I hope that at some point it gets actioned. At this stage it definitely seems like a scam.
Buyer Beware!

I received my Hudway Drive and I'm very happy with it. Mounted the device in an Audi A5 Cabrio and it works fine and as I expected. If I give Hudway a 4 star rather than 5 it's because of the long term delivery. If you can wait for it it's worth to order it. Don't expect a quick delivery but a good device in the end ;-)

On Dec.14, 2021, I ordered a Hudway Drive, a device which purportedly projects vehicle, road and cellphone info onto a vehicle windshield.
The email receipt claimed the device would ship within 2 weeks.
After 15 months of constant delays and postponements, on March 13 of last year, I asked for a refund.
The Hudway rep, Maria Borisova, claimed a refund could not be issued at that time.
It is now 2 years and 8 months since I placed the order. I have yet to receive a product or a refund.
This company cannot be trusted.
