Just returned from Eco Forest Retreat with The Sound School in Tintern, Chepstow.
Huda worked so hard to ensure everyone had the best time. Having a sounbath in the forest at 8am was the most wonderful experience I will never forget.
A weekend of soundbaths and forest bathing has unexpectedly provided me some relief from a leg injury I've been struggling with for months, when nothing else has worked. I could not recommend The Sound School more. Thank you Huda.

I cannot speak highly enough about The Sound School and the transformative experience I had working with Huda Arnaout. It was clear that Huda's deep knowledge and extensive experience in alternative therapies would be exactly what I needed to overcome my anxiety.

My Healing Journey
In January 22 a chance meeting with a lady in a cafe, directed me to Huda and The Sound School. My first Sound Bath set me on my healing journey. At that time I was in a very bad way and I had shut off from everybody. After my first sound bath there was a difference in my mind set and my body and the trauma started to lift and it was like the lights had been turned back on for me. I have attended regularly ever since .
I have tried many classes such as Yoga, Reiki Share , Chakra Dance and the amazing Body Heal classes which have enhanced my quality of life even further.
The sound school is a lovely nurturing environment and Huda is so kind and welcoming. This place has completely changed and enriched my life.

After suffering for many years with Fibromyalgia, arthritis and associated issues, I tried my first Sound Bath at The Sound School in December 2023 after meeting Huda at a local Community Hub, where she was delivering a sound session. I know it’s a cliche, but since then I’ve never looked back !! The respite from daily pain and discomfort is truly amazing. I endeavour to attend a monthly Sound Bath so that I can keep “topped up”. In March 2024 I also signed up got BodyHeal sessions and this along with the sound baths has enabled me to live a fuller lifestyle with less pain.

Learning Reiki through Huda has been an incredible experience and I've done some monumental healing of my own since attending the first and second course.

Each Reiki share session I've attended is held in a very warm, beautiful and safe energy and her sound healing session left me feeling as though I'd spent a day at a particularly intensive and soothing spa.

She's also got a range of items in stock which I'm always drawn to due to the energy surrounding them.
I highly, highly recommend Huda and everything she offers to those around her.

I first visited Huda for a soundbath and absolutely loved the beautiful vibes of the place and the people, the energy there and her welcoming and friendly personality. This has resulted in me going back again and again for more soundbaths, reiki shares, purchases and other workshops too. I would highly recommend you to experience Reiki or a soundbath for yourself, I always leave there feeling uplifted, cleansed and ready to take on the world. Wonderful business and people.

I have been going to Huda’s soundbaths for a couple of years now. I always feel amazing afterwards and look forward to going to them.
I have completed Reiki level 1 with Huda and have plans to complete level 2 next year. The weekend Reiki 1 weekend was fantastic, and I would recommend it to anyone. It has started me off on a self healing journey that I wasn’t expecting and I’m loving every minute.

After completing my Reiki Level 2 course, going to Huda’s monthly Reiki Share has helped bring out my confidence levels, as she is truly a Reiki Master with great spirituality and compassion. She is a warm welcoming soul, who has a vast amount of knowledge and experience.

At every healing session I have attended, there is always a fantastic group vibe and I’ve always come out feeling lighter and grounded.

The sound school has really had a profound impact on me and my life it has opened the doors to a beautiful welcoming community where you can be yourself and has provided a safe space for healing and transformation , Huda is just one of those stardust beings you meet who you feel completely at ease with she is very real and grounded when it comes to healing , all of the classes I attend are just out of this world , I am very thankful not only have I found healing but a community that lifts you up and is there through the good and the bad with no judgement , what Huda has created is just magical and the world needs more of Huda 😊🙏✨️

I attended one of Huda's soundbaths with a friend and was blown away by how deeply relaxed I felt afterwards.

Over the last 2 years I have attended many, many of Hudas's offerings including more soudbaths and one-to-one sound therapy, reiki shares, kundalini yogachi, chakra dance, reiki days, Soundschool socials, 2 day-retreats and a week long sound and yoga retreat in Ibiza.

Huda is AMAZING in her work with sound, energy and frequency. She's a lovely, friendly, inclusive person who is never in her ego about her many talents. I've attended events at The Sound School regularly since it opened including Sound Baths, Yogi-Chi Classes, Reiki Shares and Cacao Ceremonies. I have always had an amazing, warm, welcoming and uplifting experience. Huda and her space have inspiring transformational vibes.

I regularly attend Huda’s sound baths, and am always amazed at how revived and energised I feel afterwards. Even when my energy levels are at an all time low or if I’ve been having trouble sleeping, I wake up the next morning feeling completely refreshed and invigorated.
I recently had my first reiki session with Huda and was honestly amazed at the impact it has had. Physically and emotionally, I feel much more in tune with myself. Huda was able to pick up on things that I hadn’t mentioned in our consultation. It has positively impacted me in ways I never expected. I look forward to making reiki a regular part of my self care routine.

Huda's sound baths are amazing! They are the most relaxing thing I have ever done, and she makes you feel safe and nourished and well cared for in the spaces she uses. I can’t tell you how much better I felt after my remote session with Huda.
