Huck Logistics LLC

Bait and Switch - Company with zero integrity. DO NOT (I repeat) DO NOT use.
12/15/25: UPDATE: Only upon reading this bad review Huck Logistics was willing to refund my money, ONLY IF I would removed my negative review/post. Their requirement was that I had to remove my post first before they would consider refunding my money. (All of this is documented in text messages.)

Good service

Enjoyed working with David Finn from Huck Logistics as a transporter. He was very professional, provided fast response, clear communication, and made the process super easy. David is someone I would gladly work with again in the future, and I highly recommend him!

Huck Logistics: Honest, Fair, and Reliable

I worked with David Finn, who provided First Class customer service. The price and pickup date quoted, did not change. He worked hard to ensure that our vehicle was safely retrieved (in a snowstorm!) from MA, transported, and delivered to FL while keeping us informed every step of the way.

Jack was very understanding and good communication! Will work with again

Jack from Huck Logistics LLC did an excellent job with my transport. He was professional, efficient, and kept communication clear throughout the entire process. Everything was handled smoothly and delivered on time. Highly recommend his services!

DO NOT!!! I repeat, do not use this company!!!! The level of incompetence, professionalism, and harassment is mind boggling.. I needed a car transported ALMOST 2 YEARS AGO!!!!!!! I HAVE THEY VEHICLE ALREADY and I am STILL BEING CONTACTED for transportation. My question is WHY ARE YOU STILL CONTACTING ME AFTER 2 YEARS? there's no way after 2 years I should still be getting call and texts. At the point it's harassment.

Recently i had a chance to ship my vehicle from LA to IN
I choose Huck Logistics
They provide me shipment on time
Recommend i will use them again
Great work Steven

This company practices classic bait and switch pricing methods. Patrick told me that my newly purchased truck could be shipped for $860. He said that he had a driver that had already accepted the shipment, and that it would be picked up in 3 days. He asked for a $160 deposit, which I agreed to pay only after he assured me that the price was set in stone and that a driver has already scheduled it. The day before the pickup, someone from dispatch with Huck logistics called to "confirm", but basically just to tell me that they were having a difficult time finding a driver at that price and that it would have to be $1600. Of course I had signed the agreement at that point, and they refused to refund my $160. This is shady business. Plain and simple. Beware, no matter what assurances you are given about price, they will change it. It's unscrupulous and flat out wrong to do this to people. Not sure how these places are allowed to do this to people, but I have called the better business bureau about them as well.

David Finn did a great job in undertaking hauling operation from start to finish. Effective communication and dedication shown to the customers needs.

Was great to work with them
Any time again

David was excellent. He was patient and professional and provided me updates very frequently. The car was delivered on time and very happy with the serice overall. Will definitely use again. Thank you

Has been straight forward to deal with

Working with Jack was a fantastic experience. He was very professional and dedicated to ensuring my car delivered safely. He made sure everything go well and on time. I highly recommend huck logistics. Kudos to Jack.

I had had a contract with another auto transport service. They didn't show up on the required date. Due to my time constraints, I then called Huck Logistics. They were able to schedule a transport for the following day. I was extremely pleased. In addition, Huck was in constant text contact with me during the scheduling and execution of my auto transport time frame.
Obviously, Huck Logistics should have been my first call, not my second. I won't make that mistake next time!!

This company is a bait and switch company. They quoted $435 for the job with a $150 deposit. They assured me that the price would not change after I signed the contract. Well after they found a driver I had to pay him $750 upon delivery, which is double the price quoted. I didn’t have much of a choice so I paid the extra. The driver they hired was very nice.

David helped me out and provided a great quote to ship my Buick and have it picked up the following day from Michigan to California. I signed the contract for $1,600 and sent a $200 deposit via Zelle (a big mistake, as there was no scam protection). Only use a credit card for a deposit. In less than 24 hours, my driver magically was no longer available and my new total went from my $1,600 contract price to $2,400 if I wanted my car picked up. Bait and switch. They will not honor the contract price, and you will not get your deposit back. I was able to get it down to $2050 after a lot of back and forth. The driver was great and honest.

Top-Notch Service – Thank You, Jimmy John!

I recently shipped my vehicle with Huck Logistics and worked with Jimmy John — he was outstanding throughout the entire process. From the initial quote to the final delivery, Jimmy was professional, transparent, and easy to communicate with.

Many companies reached out to me, but none were willing to provide an official contract upfront. What stood out about Huck Logistics was their focus and priority on professionalism—they provided a clear, official contract before asking for any kind of payment, which immediately earned my trust. And true to their word, they fulfilled that promise without hesitation.

Jimmy made sure I understood everything clearly and followed up at every stage. The pricing was fair, there were no surprises, and the car was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I truly appreciated Jimmy’s honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend working with him and the Huck Logistics team.

I feel compelled to write this review because of the excellent service I experienced from David at Huck Logistics. I needed to move a car from Ct. to Ga for my son. The car was willed to him by his mom who passed away suddenly last October. I had been looking for weeks for a Company that I felt I could trust. From the moment I contacted David I felt confident that I had found the right person. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and has great communication skills. He went above and beyond to see that the car was handed over to a company that was reliable and trustworthy. The car was delivered as promised and actually a day early with no added on extra fees. I highly recommend David and Huck Logistics and would not hesitate to use David and his Company in the future. He is an asset to his Company!
Thanks so much David!

On: 31st July from Lincoln NE to Plano, TX.
DAVID FINN, It was long journey for me, as this was my first experience with a car and arranging for shipping. David made a tough job much easier and kept me informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommended using Huck Logistics, with the help of David Finn specifically.
