If you enjoy bad customer service. If you enjoy having to advocate for yourself with the insurance broker and have your insurance agent do nothing on your behalf. If you enjoy being treated like an idiot. Then HUB is for you.
THE HUB NHS RAWTENSTALL
As soon as I walked into the building it struck me how clean it is. In the Reception area all the way through to the Hospice floors upstairs.
The ladies who deserve the praise are Dee and Bev who I came across and they are so lovely and fantastic team as this is a very very busy NHS centre in Rawtenstall. Keep the great work going ladies you do a marvellous job!

We got the hub fitted about a month and a half ago and it’s been nothing but problem after problem it keeps switching off online. I keep having to phone up and all they do is keep connecting it to us and saying it’s gonna go off in a few days, anyhow there attitude on the phone is absolutely awful some of them not all of them. I would definitely not recommend this hub and someone was meant to phone me back today as yet no one has phoned me back because yet again it’s off-line and not working please feel free to get in touch with me

The hub system is great to use and easy to navigate from a operator side of things, everything is to hand and easy to navigate around. Hubs platform has introduced new and better ways of managing my company, in particular the fuel tracker. I used to always record fuel usage in a diary, wait for the fuel receipts to come in and spend a whole day a week trying to work out vehicle costs and emissions, which honestly I struggled with. With the fuel tracker, I literally log in, create a fuel report and save, all in under a minute. I then get to see all the costs, emissions and Adblue ratios across my entire fleet. No more struggling with dodgy excel spreadsheets or relying on fuel supplier data; thanks Hub! Would recommend these guys to anyone looking to work smarter.
As a small operator
As a small operator, wearing many hats is part of the job. One thing I do not worry about, is my night driver having access to everything that is needed for our operation. Hub enables us to record tyre changes, near hits and accidents on the fly, as well as access to our company staff handbook, meaning I can get notified instantly when my driver reports anything, at any time. Would throughly recommend Hub to any small operator!

On first glance
On first glance, wanting to go for FORS accreditation was a daunting task. After numerous recommendations from operators at my local depot, I decided to contact and try out Hub. Using their Professional Services, the journey to obtain Bronze was a stress free experience. Silver came swiftly and shortly afterwards, and now looking to the future of possibly obtaining Gold. Cost effective, friendly and highly knowledgeable. Recommend Hub to all those needing that helping hand!

Hubs easy to use interface has meant our drivers now record near misses, which come straight to us in the office digitally.
We can then make the necessary changes and investigations. Even down to recording accidents and incidents. As well as having access to comprehensive investigation form. We now know nothing is missed.
Being able to investigate these instances digitally, with all the evidence together, has ultimately enabled us to learn, educate and better our practices. Reducing the accidents and incidents.
