Poor service
Ordered 9 days ago, contacted after 4 to see likely hood of sending & told they are delayed due to easter weekend sales but ship within a couple of days. 5 days later still not shipped & another generic email saying things are delayed.
After having a google & seeing poor reviews I contacted & said unfortunately after seeing reviews & it being days, I wish to recieve a refund.
I had no message, but a notification to say order cancelled.
Really poor customer service, was the first time ordering & will be the last

I have ordered from HSTL for several years now and always loved the items and service, they were my go to gym brand.
Over the last 12 months or so I have had countless issues with sizing, reduced quality and awful delivery times. My last order was a birthday gift which I ordered 2 weeks in advance and still it hasn’t been dispatched. I now have no gift to send on and am extremely let down. Unfortunately due to the issues encountered, I will no longer order from HSTL. I have recently had several orders arrive from LSKD in Australia in less time than it has taken HSTL just to dispatch an item.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I purchased and ordered for a running set. Once arrived the fitment was not great so I processed an exchange for a different size. I contacted customer services to discuss swapping colour due to the original one not being available in the other size. They responded fast and gave me information required. The second order arrived and fitment also not good so I have returned for a refund. It has now been 16 days 4 emails later and still no response and they are holding £60 of my money. Do not buy from this company.

Products are really good and the service i have received has been excellent. Wanted to return some items, they made it easy and simple. Offered credit for items i couldn't return, also threw in free delivery for when i spend the credit. Only complaint i have, which i have with multiple companies is i would have liked to speak to a person, not just emails! But its the way of the world at the moment.

Originally I liked the Black Hoodie was out of stock which is understandable as there was a sale on!
I came across Core full zip chestnut jacket so ordered that.
Delivery was prompt, great quality jacket and I love how they have "ditched " the drawstrings for the hood!
Will definitely be purchasing more in the future

Service is disgraceful
Service is disgraceful. I have ordered items as Christmas presents (order in plenty of time for Christmas and over £100's worth of products). They haven't arrived. I've sent 3 emails no one has responded. Finally sent a message on Instagram to be asked to email the email address I've been emailing.
Will not order from this company again.

I wish I read these reviews before ordering. I placed my order and paid extra for 2nd day air and the tracking now says delivery will be 10 days after original order. They have no customer service. Only a random email in which I’ve sent 2
Already days ago with no response. I’m so disappointed in HSTL that when the clothes do arrive, I will be paying for the return of all of the items even if I like them.
Paid for 1-2 day delivery, now on day 4 and nothing delivered
Ordered an item of them and paid premium for 1-2 day delivery.
On day 3 got in contact as I hadn't heard anything, was then advised it was 3-4 days (regardless of paying premium or not). Now we are on 4th day and still not advise if it will be delivered, contacted the courier and they advised they hadn't received my order. Starting to feel like they just wanted my money but won't send my product

Shipping is horrible
I love the fit of the shirts and the quality is good, but the fact that shipping takes almost two weeks is unacceptable. Products from the other side of the world arrive even faster!
Disappointed…
I’ve bought two pairs of shorts.. colour is great, material is ok, they are comfortable enough. I felt what I received didn’t look as comfortable or as well made as the advert… I received some track cargo pants today, they are crappy, they don’t look any like what the model is wearing they are cheap polyester super thin junk… I won’t buy from this company again!
Love HSTL, Great products and Service
I have ordered from HSTL 20+ times over the last 3/4 years. I think the products are great and I've never had an issue with postage times etc. My latest purchase didn’t get delivered, contacted customer services and now I'm being sent a replacement. Can't grumble at that, yes it's frustrating to go through the process but it's been resolved so I'm happy. Keep it up Craig and Jas.
Slow delivery, awful customer service
Their gear is ok. Not the worst, not the best - defo not the ‘sickest merch in the game’.
However, their delivery times are painful. And when you email they make it sound like it’s fine because they are a small company. Well I dispatch things I sell on marketplace quicker and I’m not a business.
I would love to support more but I just can’t get behind this awful customer service.
Worst Customer Service
At the most basic level the job of an online retailer is to ensure orders are delivered and when they get lost react in a timely manner and resolve the problem. I've never experienced such a poor level of customer service. My order was lost in post and they refused to get in contact with me, once I notified them of the issue. This went on for over two weeks before I had to contact my bank to get a refund. Will 100% not being buying from this company again.

I don’t understand why it takes so long…
I don’t understand why it takes so long to send the orders out. normally when order from VQFit on a Friday, they are sending it out by Monday. Even with standard shipping.
Lovely designs, fit great, realistic pricing
Fast becoming my favourite brand to wear. All items I have brought (which have been numerous) fit so well. Also wash nicely! When I have returned items, they have refunded them quickly without having to send chaser emails like others. Only annoying thing is paying for returns but that’s the same with all companies nowadays. Great products
