HSL Chairs - York Anmeldelser

From the moment we walked into store (Clifton Moor York) I was impressed. The lady who served us was delightful. I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. We did get a quote, I wanted a single bed that moved. I ordered the bed about two weeks later. I was kept well informed as to the progress of the bed. It was delivered yesterday. Chris who delivered the bed was a star. Chris and his colleague set up the bed. When that was done , Chris went through everything with me showing me how to use the controls, explained the drawers. Chris was charming . My whole experience with HSL was really positive. I would not hesitate to use them again. I would definitely recommend HSL.

Amazing service from beginning to end.
So pleased with our chair and Craig and Lee who delivered it and explained everything to us. Would thoroughly recommend this company.
Thank you.

Perfect could not be better.
The staff were just fantastic and very knowledgeable and very supportive and kind

Great experience end to end. Both in store and with delivery team. Sofa arrived way ahead of planned delivery date - with plenty of warning - chaps delivering ( Alex and dene) were incredibly polite and got straight to it. All done in 30 mins. Excellent experience.

Excellent service from the HSL delivery team who kept us informed of time of arrival.Craig and Lee did a marvellous job of reconstructing and setting up the reclining sofa.

Polite friendly patient and very helpful and never felt I was being rushed

From start to finish the staff at HSL were knowledgeable and helpful, not at all pushy leaving me to wander around the store to try different chair models. On the day of delivery I was contacted by Alex 30 minutes before they arrived. Both Alex and Shane quietly and efficiently installed my furniture and advised how to use the remote control. An excellent company to deal with.

Alex and Shane delivered our chair and both were very efficient, courteous , and professional. Thanks to them both.

I've just had my new HSL sofa delivered. Alex and Asad were very friendly, helpful and efficient and I am delighted with my purchase. Well done HSL and all your friendly staff.

The York show room is very good with good parking.
All the staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The service was really good and a good delivery team who keep you well informed.

Recently purchased the Riser Recliner Chair online for my mum... it was a great service , HSL kept in touch to keep us updated ... delivery man Craig was exceptional. He set it up and showed mum.how to use it ... and she absolutely loves the chair... its very comfortable, exactly what she wanted.

Ease of use, comfort use, generally well made.

Very helpful excellent service

The experience of buying an HSL chair was very easy. We visited the York showroom and met by a consultant. She asked our requirements and showed us several different models. She checked out height and guided us to the right size. She talked us through the pricing and process of manufacturing, timing and delivery. Each chair is made to order and we were very happy with the whole experience of viewing .
Cannot praise the staff for the care and consideration.
Now looking forward to our delivery very soon

We had excellent service from the staff at York. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I am very much looking forward to receiving my sofa & chair! Thank you.

Putting a flyer through our door was a help as it informed us of you. We found the shop and parking easy. The staff were all very knowledgeable about the products, helpful on fit for the chairs and not pushy. We were offered a cup of tea etc which was a help when you come a distance. After 3 visits we decided on the chairs we have ordered and look forward to using them. Thank you for your help.

Excellent service , impressed with the care they took to ensure the chair we wanted was the right one for us.

Friendly welcoming and knowledgable staff. I’ve bought from this store in the past as such good quality and service. Bought new sofa and can’t wait to have it delivered!
Thank you.

Good friendly well informed staff member.Very helpful.

As soon as we arrived in store we were greeted by Kerr. He was very helpful explaining and showing us lots of different options for my elderly mum. We were only planning on looking however we ended up purchasing a chair that he measured to her size. He explained the full process right through to delivery and receiving the chair. Great service thank you. 😊
