Whilst our roots still remain in Yorkshire, we have welcoming showrooms nationwide spanning the entire country and a national network of Home Visit Comfort Specialists performing consultations in our customers’ own homes.

In addition, all electrically adjustable chairs have a 5 year guarantee covering mechanical fault on the motor and handset.

Julie is frequently consulted for independent advice by a wide range of clients throughout the UK and Europe. All our chairs, sofas and beds at HSL are approved by Julie Jennings. Thanks to her work, you can relax in comfort knowing that each piece in our range has been thoroughly tested and evaluated by an independent health expert.

Thank you Linda!…

I took my parents (in their 90s) to the Wellingborough store. We were warmly welcomed by Linda who could not done enough for us & made my parents feel really special. They were really thrilled with everything - I can’t thank Linda enough

Lovely staff at Wellingborough store…

Lovely staff at Wellingborough store gave us coffee and biscuits while we selected our chair. Explained everything clearly and the chair was delivered today by great drivers.
Chair seems excellent and is extremely comfortable.

New chair for elderly Mother

Visited your Wellingborough branch today and we were greeted by Linda who helped us choose the exact chair my Mother wanted. She explained everything, including expected delivery timescales and even offered us a coffee and biscuits! We ordered there and then and thank you for your excellent service!

Great service

Well what can I say. The ladies at Wellingborough were brilliant and so friendly (Linda and Debbie).
The delivery men were also brilliantly. Well done HSL.

Excellent service.

The two lady assistants Linda and Debs were of a very high standard,answered all questions promptly and demonstrated all that was needed,they are a credit to HSL.We were happy to purchase because of the knowledge they had.

Cusromer approach

From the moment we entered the store the professionalism and courteous approach shown by the sales staff was outstanding. Salesperson Linda was exceptionally helpful and her knowledge of the product was exceptional.

Excellent service throughout purchase to delivery.

From purchase to delivery everyone has been so helpful, friendly and polite. Melissa (Wellingborough store) was excellent in terms of making sure it was the right chair for our needs, along with her colleague, and nothing was too much trouble. The advice given in terms of best chair to purchase was invaluable. Ian and Paul who delivered our chair arrived exactly when they said they would and installation was swift and easy.

Great shopping experience

Great shopping experience. We purchased 3 items and at no time did we feel under pressure, both ladies (sorry forgot your names) were very helpful. We would highly recommend HSL Wellingborough.

Janice was patient

Janice was patient, professional, and knowledgeable. We were not rushed and enjoyed hospitality while we viewed the products.
We never felt under pressure and are happy with our order.
